  • i can stretch my left leg all the way with no problem, but my right leg isin't that flexible. I can stretch up to where i reach my foot but not all the way where my head touches my knee and whenever i try my upper leg starts hurting, I'm scared of getting hurt because i'm a tennis player, but i also dance and i've been working on my splits and my right leg prevents me from completing it.Should i just ignore the pain and stretch my leg all the way? Is the pain good or bad?

  • @NOMMNOMMNEKOx3 hmm if it hurts dont go to far because if your injured it could hurt. Try icing it and when it feels better stretch it out.

  • I've learned that stretching everyday really does work,I went from not being able to go half way to my toes to over my toes in a short while so yea Keep Stretching guys! :D.

  • @Kazuo1234 Stretch every day while you watch tv and also after you warm up and after you practice.

  • @VincaniTV Thanks, I am improving, but I still have problems of back pains when I do front hamstring stretch. I am sure that's because of me curving my back, but I can't avoid it...

  • @Kazuo1234 make sure your body is warm. Top rock for a good 10 min and then stretch. you should be sweating and breathing hard. This will help you relax.

    like when you stretch in the box splits your head is almost to your foot.. while myn is at my knee.. is there a way to make my head to the same level as yours?

  • ; I haven't danced like this in like 4 years thanks to previous sports i've played and they have either fucked up legs or wrists. any tips on how I can get my strength up in my wrists mainly? It kills to do push ups even.

  • @dansgal001 Try doing push ups and pull ups and position your hand differently

  • @yosep801 Well you could do it, but it will not really help you out as much as it would if you are warm. Try to warm up as much as possible because it really helps if your blood is flowing. Sometimes if I dont have time to warm up I just jump up and down a little bit and then stretch.

  • @iPeterrrwah Hmmm basically try to exercise the muscles around your knees and stretch those muscles too. working out your calf works wonders

  • @480stoc1 Stretch everyday. It helps tremendously. That's why people who do yoga are so flexible. they just stretch for hours. :D

  • Oh, thanks! I'm going to run for a marathon in March, and so far, before I do my practice runs, I do these stretches.
