  • I (try) to do strict glute ham raises and I tell you the closer I get to doing one properly the higher my squat gets.

  • Yes, the squat involve all the big muscle groups. :)

  • I would really like to see the other assistance exercises you do. How much weight you use for GMs and SLDLs. Stuff like that. It would be good to see what kind of weights you handle on stuff like that, being that your squat is obviously strong are you the type who pushes the assistance real hard OR just focuses on form/squeeze/pump and only moderate intensity (maybe saving it for squats!)

  • I used to go nuts on assistance exercises before, but nowadays, and it has been so the last two years, I just focus on the compound movements, and not very much assistance work at all. :)
