nice build man, i just had one question, you had the eVGA x58 classified but i only saw 1 GTX 260? were you planning on getting more graphics cards in the future?
Nice hows the psu for a quad core rig with a factory OC video card etc etc? Cause right now all I can do is web surf etc no games either wise it would shut down on me with no warning ;(
thats going to be a nice pc but wrong power suplly you should of got some thing like a 1200w or a 1250w because if you watch some bench maks the watage goes past 1000w
What parts need that 1200W?? Look at my calculation!
i7 920 = 130W
Blu-ray/2HDD = 35W
GTX260 OC = 172W
Reserve = 50W
Total 387W, is 33A that needs go over 12V lines. So that power supply he/she have, is 2 much even he/she gonna overclock. He/she can even get a second GTX260 card! ffs
he would actually be better off using the 550w corsair psu, cuz power supplies get their best efficiency ratings at around 80% load. getting too high of a wattage power supply gives you bad efficiency ratings, and lowers the life span of the psu. if hes gonna sli, the 750w corsair is fine. personally, i would only get corsair, pc power and cooling, or silverstone psu's.

that is a nice build, but seriously, the X58 Classified is a waste of money for just 1 GTX 260.
there is really no point in getting it unless you 2-3 graphics cards in sli + a dedicated phisx card.

very nice build but the x58 classified seems a bit overkill for a 260
i am currently building about the same system but then with a 295ssc and i x58 3way sli is more then enough for me

i doubt it. if you are not going sli/crossfire, you dont need more than 800.
