Wow, I did not know that the princess knew English; it was very carefully spoken and amazing! I also love how they showed her in traditional clothing. The baby at the end was also cute/kawaiiiii!

Masako just memorized a speech. The nurses and doctors at her mental hospital are educated. They told her the correct pronunciation.

I wish that there were English subtitles on this clip. I would love to learn more about the Japanes royal family (but I don't know any Japanese). In the West, we don't hear much about them.
