this must be the south, they dont know what to do when it snows. i have seen 3-5 feet of snow in my part of the coutry, and never seen people being this stupid or snow causing this much trouble except for when the weight of snow made a grocery store cave in that was near my house, and that wasnt caused by people being stupid like these idiots.

you put salt on the fucking road, you dont park on a hill in winter especially without salt, sand or chains.
