I like how they stayed together, for the most part.

But is the sound at each move really necessary?

I know it's a power thing, to exhale when you strike, but does the noise have any positive effect?

I was at an ITF seminar in March gone and there were GTF people from Scotland at it, I can't remember the masters name, but the girl with him had really lovely patterns.

They were 3rd Dan (in GTF) when this film was taken. But the two people on the right got their 4th Dan (ITF) in September 2007.
