  • Listen and compare two different but wonderful voices. Jussi Bjorling "Donna non vidi mai" M. Lescaut Live 1960 .

    His last cocert.

  • Perchè non ascoltate il vero "King" MARIO DEL MONACO !

  • the bible of all tenor arias

  • the bible of all tenor arias

  • This conductor should be shot. He rushed the piece and didn't follow Luciano. Pavarotti was great, of course!

  • orchestra sux

  • This is Pavarotti! He brings each aria he sings at its best, at its peak, at its perfect rendition! That's the way he was! Rest in Peace Luciano! I agnostic and the only reason I would've hoped a life beyong the grave is to hear you sing "live" after my own death!

    Youcef

  • Molto Bene Luciano!!!!

  • espressione..molta bellezza di voce facilità per noi felicità ----

  • The orchestra is too close and to loud, in my amateur point of view. It is the conductor's choise perhaps. LP had one of the most powerful voices in opera history. In this aria it is a fight between the orchestra and Luciano. Povero Pavarotti this evening. But we are millions of fans who know that you were and are one of the very best tenors ever in opera histoy. We love you and your voice so much. Bravo Pavarotti!

  • GRAZIE MAESTRO UVUNQUE TU SIA

  • che bellezza di suoni... che fraseggio...

    peccato l'orchestra che corre troppo...

splendidi i suoni acuti con squillo invidiabile

  • The orchestra screwed up this piece. The director must follow the tenor, they forced Pavarotti into an uncomfortable position by living him constrained to follow the tempo of the orchestra, which was too fast, and quite frankly took everything out of this aria.

  • i agree.

  • Bravo, Luciano!!!!!!!!!!

  • beautiful performance of my beautiful luciano, bravo.l

  • There ia a moment were the orquestra is going to fast and he looks like: Is too fast.

This song supose to be kinda of slow.

  • You are right, absolutely. This is not F1 (Formula One).

  • The voice full of colors and purity.

    Bravo!!!

  • is it the orhcestra or Pavarotti that does not follow each other here ?

  • 00:24 he gives the "Hey, what are you doing?!" look to the conductor :D

  • Pavarotti 56! Super!

  • The King!!!

  • Not the King at all. Simply the Caesar. Imperator, Pontifex Maximus of operatic singing.

  • He's just brilliant!
