CRAP Software!! I had purchased the complete software and upon installation it was set at the minimal protection by default. Before it had even installed, it had also demanded that I uninstall a my Malwarebytes. After I had turned everything up to the maximum. It had slowed my system down to a crawl!

I had requested a full refund and they are trying to get me to use another crap software to take its place! NIS 2012! LOL

Be warned that this product and this company is crap!

yes this solution is good but bit defender 2011 is better cos you can reset firewal from time to time in bd 2012 u can't do that, only remove one firewal rule at a time

UPDATE : Just went to filehippo and looked up Panda Cloud AV. It states in their changelog going back to version 1.1.."Ability to run alongside other AVs and Anti-Spyware". Can now be run alongside other security tools and scanners" It also mentions improved heuristics and other things. Wilders says they find it safe to run Panda Cloud alongside other apps also except it may slow down your machine.

@languy99 You must admit, clearly stating that it is safe to run alongside other Avs and then changing that position months later is confusing to users. Panda needs to make up their minds. A few months ago I installed Avast free and then Panda Cloud 1.91. No problems. I like Panda, but I don't believe that their newer version isnt able to run alongside other av apps. I don't believe they ever removed that compatibility from 1.1. JMO.

it can be ran alongside avast and avira but for kaspersky and norton they are a bit more resistant u can run them alongside but make sure you exclude each other's av program files

hmmmmm..... i dont really recomend bitdefender total security... wat i mean is put each others program files into exclusions so bit and panda wont scan each other.... yes i do agree panda is real strong if u want free i recomend avast its more complete howsoever i find it :)

I have used avast! before, and the viruses made my laptop like a Cell for them and avast is kinda weak doesn't detect. (that was on my old laptop)

Now i've bought a new laptop and won't install any weak security...nothing touch my new laptop except a real and STRONG security like Bitdefender or Kaspersky or Norton or even ESET...others I find are crap.

hmm you are right, version 4.8 really sucked, but the new versions has good improvements and they added some technology which is good, they make it from piece of crap to good protection with nice GUI.

But I think I will just stack with Bitdefender No.1

LOL its supposed to be the other way round bit is heavier then avast.... avast on laptop bit on desktop dat shud be better xD mmmm looks like u invest a lot on antivirus softwares... i juz use avast free with comodo firewall defense + and anvi smart defender on my laptop... on demand scanners like CCE and mbam free... sandboxie for virus testing

Use only avast! free + PrivateFirewall..thats better

and by the way, SandBoxie...hmm this shit can be bypass easily, I know some rookits that can bypass virtulization techniques! so I advice you to Not testing viruses on your main PC.

even virtual machines can be bypassed also

Ive been infected 2-3 times using avast. 0 times using avg, 0 times using bitdefender, once using MSE and when mcafee and norton subscriptions ended but that happened yrs ago so i give symancte the benefit of doubt, mcafee sucks too. Avast is only good for the impact on boot, shutdown times and system resources.An advanced user might get more out of it but straight out of the box, it's average at best protection and it's not just me but avtest.

You couldn't use Panda Cloud along side with other Anti-Virus or Internet Security package, unlikely Bitdefender Cloud can be used along side with other AV/IS so thats a big advantage for Bitdefender Cloud.

Bitdefender is amazing, sometimes antivirus companies dont translate their software to another language,if you are critical with that you should criticize comodo, for example in comodo dragon, if your language is spanish, you can see in advanced settings ENGLISH!!! why?
