when did being overweight become a disease????? When did having your stomach stapled because you can't actually lose weight by using self control become actual weight loss????? I'm so sick of this society telling everyone they have to be a single digit dress size in order to be attractive. All the over weight women in my family (other then my aunt who is just a cry baby anyway) are strong and embraced their size. Oh well here to letting society do your thinking for you.

I met Courtney yesterday, and she has a very beautiful spirit.She is also very gorgeous. Even though weight is not an issue for me, I have loved ones who deal with the emotional struggle daily. He calls it "the center for disease control" when it's actually the "centers for disease control AND PREVENTION", (CDC). They study weight gain because it's the main cause of heart DISEASE and DIABETES and sev. other illnesses. She says "The pain, discrimination, etc associated with this DISEASE..." and ...I'm sorry but, being over weight is not a disease. It's a symptom of a, gland (thyroid) prob., psych. disorder, poor nutrition, etc... not some disease.

I can't wait until this show comes back on-air, this show and "A Wedding Story" brought me to TLC. I wish they would get rid of all the horrible shows they are airing, really if it wasn't for "WNTW" I would have been long gone.
