You really don't want to use regular honey for this. Almost all honeys that aren't labeled as RAW have high fructose corn syrup in them to keep them from crystallizing, and that crap is NOT good on the skin. Raw honey has all of the natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, not regular (even if it's labeled 100% pure) honey. You can get an awesome raw honey at Trader Joe's for only $4.99, so it's cheaper than most other drugstore honey any way.
@Freakforphotos wow, thank you so much for the advice! i had no idea. there's actually a Trader Joe's not too far from me, so I'll check that out! thank you
Try using DIY toner.. All you need is 2/3 a cup of room temperature green tea and 1/3 a cup of apple ciadar vinegar (5% or higher) then put in an old toner shake it up and watch your acne disapear. Just make sure to our it out and make a new batch every 10-15 days
WONDERFUL eyes. You look really pretty. Thanks for the video. Is it okay if I make one whole bottle at a time? You see I don't have enough time to make it everyday. I also want to give some away as gifts.
@jennaxrae17 Sorry I was looking back on what I said to you and I sounded extremely rude or mean and I didn't mean to say things that way. Thanks though too haha.
Like the other poster said, I would switch to Olive Oil, it works wonders. =P
Also, honey is more then just a natural lubricant, honey is antimicrobial and I use it as a daily facial cleanser. It definitely helps to clear up my acne.
@missallie89 yeah.. I think it will all workout just have to manage my time well :) & thanks I like my toes too! haha & I guess that's all that matters :P
I would switch out the baby oil you're using to take off makeup with Olive Oil. A lot of people find that baby oil can clog the pores, but olive oil is very good for the skin because it is all natural. It's a secret among italian women, and I use olive oil for a moisturizer at night. I've gotten phenominal results as I usually have very dry skin, and I have not noticed any clogged pores or anything. Quite the opposite actually, my skin is much clearer than it has been in the past. :)
Love the video sweetheart! Would it be ok for dry, sensitive skin? I would love to try it! You look so cute with white goo all over your face!! :) Oh, you work with children?? Yay for you! I work with children too! Yay! More in common! lol
I love the color! Looks very nice on your toes! :) lol I say its a keeper. xoxo Mary
@TheMaryShow20 thanks mary!! I do think it would be ok for dry/sensitive skin :) the honey will help to moisten but in a non-harsh way :) & yes I love working with my kids at camp every summer & watching them grow up!! where do you work with kids??

@arpagulayan85 i wouldn't use it daily unless you have really strong, versatile skin. twice a week is perfect for normal to sensitive skin. :)

jennaxrae17 10 months ago
Also you should use organic or local honey because the honey you're using is highly processed and won't give the most benefits.

No honey is an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial ingredient. Not just a sort of lubricant.
