  • It is such a struggle for me, too. I can eat anything so I have to rely on myself to make the right choices every day. And to be honest, I would prefer the surgery (or something!) else did it for me!! I am right on your heels - just the other side of 200 trying to get under it. You sound like you are hanging in there and congrats for getting under 200 yourself!

  • i dont have any insurance either for my 6 month appt and i didnt do go for labs either but i keep the journal. and we all do that we all know we can eat things we shouldnt just jump back on the wagon
