Sorry sorry, just another question that popped into my head. If you say that computers and electronics delay this whole natural process, then when do you suggest using the computer? Is there a certain time in the day when this cannot stop the body from delay?
You know, you're right, the whole part about not getting enough daylight , and such. When I was in cyberschool I spent most of my time indoors, alone, by the computer. And I grew very depressed. Sunlight really does help, thank you for reminding me. I just wanted to ask, how long would you suggest going outside each day?
I think I have obstructive sleep apnea all the symptoms you describe sound like me :/ I really want to get it check out but I'm also a broke young adult. What you said made me scared to let this go unchecked.. any more advice?
@DigitalFlapper Hi, check with you insurance company, many of them do cover getting checked out for this. You may need a referral from your general doctor, but it all depends on your plan. To start, you can ask a loved one to listen to you sleep. Usually they are the first to notice that you have a problem. If they confirm what you suspect, then you should speak to a doctor to find out what methods would be recommended for you. Sometimes lifestyle changes can help a lot.
You know so much about health and wellness, are you a nurse or in the medical field at all? I love your videos, your voice, body, etc....TY for sharing your life and knowledge with us.
Hi, you are so sweet, thank you. I am not a doctor or nurse; health and fitness have always been a passion of mine so I have done much reading learning about it in my life and I am simply sharing with others my experience with things that I do in my life that work. Thanks so much for your kind words and support.
Hi, what you are describing does sound like restless leg syndrome, especially if it occurs when you are lying down or resting and you start to feel like your legs can't stay still You may want to talk to your doctor about it the next time you go for if it is something that is very bothersome to you.

If you want to know more about sleep and sleep disorder, you could buy a A level (UK) A2 grade book of psychology, and you will see the psych and some bio of it which will help you sleep as you learn how to change your sleep hygiene, and what insomnia really is. I'm studying this at the moment and it's very interesting.
A couple of times I was trying to fall asleep, and I was really hungry.I started having the sleep apnea like you said. But I haven't had that ever since,I always make sure i'm not starving before bed to prevent that.
Try not to drink too much in the hour before bedtime. Also, when you go to the bathroom, try to do without turning on any lights. Staying the darkness will help you fall back asleep.
This was very helpful and full of useful information even though i don't have Insomnia or any Sleep Disorders but i will definatly follow these tips! Thank you!
@JobeMinacum I'm sorry for you :( I think the only way to overcome the dreams is probably therapy, though i've never had therapy so I don't know how effective it is. I hope it gets better for you!
I have horrible nightmares, due to trama as a child. I can't find anything to sleep better. I deal with this every day, and I have to work, take care of my family, etc. It's terrible. Does anyone know help for this?
Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. You are carrying this pain within and it is coming out when you are sleeping. Have you tried talking about it to anyone. Bringing pain into the present and facing it can very often help you put it back where it should be; in the past. I'm not a psychologist, so I have no qualification to give advice on this, but I can sympathize and understand your pain......cont'd
It's so terrible that anyone has to suffer, especially an innocent child. Try to remember when this pain surfaces, that it happened in the past and that you are safe now and have so much to be thankful for and don't let the past ruin the present. That's the only way it can stay alive. Feel better soon :o)
OMG thank you so much. I really need this right now. I am having problems sleeping. This will be helpful. Thank you so much for making these videos. Have a nice weekend hon. Keep making these wonderful videos.
Hi, thanks so much for your great feedback. I'm so glad my videos could come at a helpful time for you. I hope you have a great weekend too and of course, a restful one :o)

@mangokitty13 Hi, I suggest not using it before bed. I would stop using your computer about 1-2 hours before bed.

Hi, that's common. Try to stay in the darkness when you go to the bathroom. That will help you get back to sleep.
