Mostly A minor (C major), a minor pentatonic, and possibly E altered (F melodic minor) and chromatic uses of scale parts over the E altered chord.

It's really quite amazing actually because Cesar actually listens to the chords instead of just noodling in A minor.

I recently put a Seymour Duncan JB SH4 in the bridge of my strat (became H/S/S) previously was a S/S/S layout

Volume pot was upgraded to 500K

However the stock 250K tone pots were left in so the rear single coils sound brittle

If I disconnect those two tone pots, will the single coils go back to their original sound??? (I have no use 4 tone Controls, never used them).
