Can't wait until 463 is finished, but were not going to see her with 497 anytime soon

Nope, not any more. They moved her to Chama a few months ago, as of 2 days ago they were starting to take her apart for her return to service. She is suppose to be ready around 2010 or 2011.

good to hear I was hopeing the C&TS would do that she is to nice of an engine to be sitting idle and cold....I will be looking foward to seeing her in service again I missed the last time

I forgot to comment on this dave but now I have the chance. Great work my favorite part is in the beginning when the trains are whistling to each other both whistles send chills up my spine when I hear them.

Thanks! That was taken with my old analog 8mm which in my opinion was better at recording the audio. My newer digital seems to use an AGC on the audio and it just doesn't come out right. I love the whistles.
