  • You must have no experience whatsoever with working out. this combo is terrible and barely even works. get updated you stupid S.O.B. and stop giving these people terrible workouts.

  • skullcrushers would work best for tris

  • your only doing 1 compound exercises for your bi's and tri's your only targeting parts of the arm, these at least 10 more exercises your should do to target your other arm muscles. this routine will only give you gains for a max of 4 weeks then your arms will stop growing unless you change it.

  • The dude in the video was using a barbell not a dumbell. F.Y.I. to anyone who got confused by that.

  • t the end of the vid lmao

  • nothing is better for trizeps than dips....!!!!

  • workout lol??? no this is a montage of pictures and videos that do not belong to you

  • the workout i created myself. the "montage" consists of videos demonstrating the excercises.

  • fuck yeah totally agree , workout my ass probably got more of a workout just sitting here.

  • best excersizes for arms (isolation) at the end of your workout. You can get big arms from bench press and barbell rows

  • yeah, but compound movements can only get you so far. as a stand alone workout this isn't going to accomplish too much, but then again doing compound movements alone wont give you the best results.

  • Are you serious? Compound movements are the best excersizes they are the excersizes that stimulate the most muscle fibres in your body. And you are not going to use a compound excersize by itself you are obviously going to use other excersizes that stimulate the most muscle fibres for maximum muscle growth. Compound excersizes are NECESSARY unless you have an inury, and they will be your first excersize since they are most difficult. I hope you changed your mind about compound excersizes

  • you misunderstood my comment, i agree with you about the neccesity and effectiveness of compound moves including the squat, deadlift and bench all three of which i use. i only said that i think doing just those ALONE may not give you as great results as combining them with isolation moves.

  • okay yes I already know that, I should have stated that a bit more clearly, but yes I should have stated that , glad we are on the same side

  • those aren't killer workouts at all..those r just the basics..it will make it a killer workout when u have a professional trainer telling u to do more while pushing down the weights...Im a scrawny kid but know way more about muscles, body than those dumbass steroid using fags

  • lol sure man, you definetely sound like a very experienced guy who knows a lot about fitness.

  • lol...u probably dont even know how to, where to grip the bar when benching, bicep curling...u probably dont even know how many bones are in ur hands(fyi, its more than just the labeled ones on ur highschool textbook) and one small change to the grip can make a big difference..thats the difference between me and u..2 yrs at JH med school..

  • 1. there are 27 bones in an adult human being's hands

    2. there is one head up your ass. yours.

  • when workin out your arms..... you should be doing more than these 2 excercises. this isn't a killer arm workout, and no 5 minute workout is going to make your muscles grow that big

  • Sick video

  • Steroids do FUCKING MORE than just help you train harder and recover. Ignorant fuck.

Anyway DONT TAKE THEM, unless you want to end up impotent and unable to ejaculate post cycle.

hahahaha fuck you all who took them hahaha your women now, hahaha

  • dude you sound like a five year old school boy pissed off about being bullied by a 4 year old schoolboy. learn the facts before spewing shit and spam. also do a search on "post cycle therapy" and grow up while your at it. BLOCKED

  • damn! you killed that little guy.. lol

  • These sure work 4 you!

  • u should call hiim stupid because this is how you spell DUMBBELL any ways soo yeah you are still wrong

  • that guy at the end has grossly huge muscles

  • those were steroid muscles along with arnold but arnold was a G.

  • hey i have a question, if you dont have any muscles at all, will steroids still make muscles come up from nowheree?

  • well if you didnt have any muscle at all you could not move... so no

  • stupid question...

    ¬¬

  • lot of BS goin on about steroids. they aren't some "magic injection" that gives you huge muscles, they just allow you to work out a lot more than the normal person because your muscles recover faster. also they enable you to break your natural strength and muscle level. personally i don't use them because i dont need to (dont compete)

  • Move at the maximum speed for a rep that ensures an equal amount of weight stress on the muscle at all contracted and relaxed points.

  • do you know the difference between a Dumbell and a Barbell ? you DUMBO

  • yes i do.

do you know the difference between a DUMBO and a douche?

  • yes, and you seem to be both.. check out 0.30 it says standing "dumbell" curl but the guy uses a barbell.. now only a dumb head douche can do that..

  • dumb head douche? you in kindergarden or something? stop making a big fuss over a small difference. it's understood that you can use either as long as your using a weight that lets you do the prescribed repetitions. get a life, "DUMBO"

  • Lol, goravez is just one of those persons that always watch people on their mistakes but think they do everything right. I mean if you understand the f*cking thing that's been said, what's the deal? You shouldn't pay attention to those douchebags ;), nice vid btw.

  • thanks :) be sure to check out the others if you like this one. more to come soon! i've been on hiatus for a while

  • It's spelt Dumbbell for fucks sake. You're clearly the 'Dumbo' because you come on here thinking you know about this stuff but can't spell Dumbbell.

  • Dude, it's not my spelling it's the dumbo who posted this video.. check out 0.30, and he thinks dumbbells and barbells are the same..

  • ur supposed to go up as fast as u can, and down very, very slow

  • You're not supposed to, but you can if you're struggling to do a weight that you want to be able to do.

  • well, although it is better to do your reps slowly, bodybuilders dont follow the rule religeously and prefer doing them faster in order to get in more reps/use heavier weight. anyway, 5 seconds up and down seems too slow to me. 2 secs up and 2 down is ideal. you can go slower on the negative portion of the rep for extra burn, if you want, 2secs up and 4 down is reccommended.

  • dude i worked my muscles out too much and didnt get them any rest and i cant do as many push ups as i used to do. Got any advice for me?

  • assuming you havnt actually strained the muscle/injured yourself,, yous hould be fine if you gave the muscles in question adequete rest and consume lot's of protein during the recovery phase. listen to your body and if after a weak you feel like you can subject the muscle to strain again, continue. youve probably lost some muscle atleast. building it back sad to say, will be a long process. ut atleast youve learned from your mistakes.

  • thanks for the information man. But do u have any advice on wat types of foods i can eat that are loaded with protein?

  • lean meats such as turkey, chicken, fish and prawns, dairy products such as skimmed milk, lentils and pulses (for vegitarians) are all great sources of protein.

  • don't even waste your time. your not gonna get bigger faster doing one little exercise for each body part

  • you've got it wrong. isolation excercises tend to work well, although only in conjunction with compound movements. in this case, both excercises are in fact compound moves, although they dont use as much muscle as say, a squat or a deadlift.

  • wait nope i watched again and u r right this guy is contradicting himself. all brrawn and little brain eh? im canadian by the way

  • and i daresay that description would seem to suit you far better than me seeing as you seem to jump to conclusions and are eager to come to negative judgements about people you dont know.

  • really eh? youv obviously never been to canada. or france. so wat r u and the guy in this video best friends or something? does he tell you all his deep dark secrets about his life?

  • what does that even have to do with anything? lol are you implying that all canadians and frenchmen are like you? sorry bud, but you're just digging yourself a deeper hole.

  • cool were buds? and actually i meant the frenchy area of canada. and i dont like digging holes. cuz i have to get through lots of rocks and some snow. and no it doesnt relate at all to anything even remotely important or anything similar to a topic of this video. however, i elt it was my duty as a patriotic canadian to say something. even if it made no sense. eh.

  • lol ok we cool. you from montreal?

  • nah im from ontario. fun place but i like montreal better

  • no he said to do 5 sets of 8-10 reps each

  • I'm a bit confused. In your description, you first said, do about 5-6 reps for each exercise. Then, you later said, choose a weight that allows you to do 8-12 reps for each exercise. What rep range is best here?

  • exactly. DO 5-6 REPS WITH A WEIGHT THAT LETS YOU DO A MAXIMUM OF 8-12 REPS PER SET. in this routine you aren't taking any rest in between sets, hence doing the maximum no. of reps the weight lets you do would make this almost impossible to do. and if yo can in fact do it, yo are using weight which is too light for you.

  • Damn hes scary strong!

  • Do you increase weight at the end of each set?

  • you can do that if you want to add variety. a lot of bodybuilders choose to do that. i personal don't though.

  • You need to co-ordinate your sub title with the actual excercise. Example 1 is standing d/bell curls yet you show barbell. This is gonna confuse some beginners.

  • well in that particular case using dumbells or a barbell doesn't make a difference as long as you're using the same total weight either way, but i can see how that could be confusing for begginers. thanks for the advice/comment

  • No actually, if you can curl 30kg for 6 reps, you wont be able to curl 15kg dumbells for 6 reps because of the extra stabilisation that is needed.

  • lol yeah true.. i just tried it out myself lol.. youre right. hats off to ya

  • dat boy got some arms

  • kool thnx man

  • which groups of muscle are the best to work out with.. i mean i if i train biceps then triceps? or chest with back? help me please

  • you can do either bis/tris or bis with back and tris with chest or shoulders.

just dont do bis with chest or tris with back since they dont compliment each other.

personally i prefer a 3x a week full body program with this 5 minute workout tagged onto the end.

  • HEY hey!! go easy i have been working out for the past 5 yrs!! and i got it wht u mean to say !! chill! dont get offended lolzz

  • haha... aight yea i'm sorry i went hard o ya. it's just that i get pissed off when i hear these skinny guys go on about how to lift right lol... not that your'e one or anything like that. my bad

  • Dude u know wht i can do on a heavier weight than u..thats nothing what ur doing..its not gonna take u anywhere!!

  • mate, firstly in the video weight used was purposely light in order to demonstrate proper form. secondly, the weight does not matter as long as you are using weight that you cant go beyond. strength varies. before you can force yourself to bench 100 kilos, you need to bench 50 first, then 80 etc. just using heavy weights dont mean shit and isnt going to take you anywhere.

in fact no offence, but judging by your knowledge of fitness your probably a weakling IRL.

  • Rightly said ma man, I mean, everybody is different, I see guys lifting twice my weight, and guys lifting half of it, so all in all don't you think us bigger guys, and the guys bigger than us (and obv wiser for the most part) should help out others?

Take it easy man, train well ;)

  • yeah, i'll definetely drink to that! \m/

  • how heavy should the barbell and dumbells be to have better results?

  • it depends on you, when you are a beginner the barbell and dumbell should weigh lighter first before you can adjust their wieght heavier to heavier...

  • the first guy is so ripped.

  • david the triceps and at the back of you're arms opposite of biceps.

  • um im confused where are the triceps sorry im a kid so im not sure

  • the close grip bench press works out your triceps as opposed to doing a shoulder width grip which works out your chest more, or a wide grip which works out your shoulders more. try it yourself, its one of the best tricep excercises.

  • thats a barbell not a dumbell, but other than that great video

  • yeah, thats for demonstration. it really doesnt make much difference if you use a barbell or 2 dumbells that have the same weight. thanks for commenting.

  • yea well , there are more excercises for bigger arms.

    but nice video.
