I didn't see it and I knew what this was, as I've heard about the gorilla one. It doesn't really surprise me. The bear from the corner of your eye when you're not specifically focusing on it just looks like a player in black. I wasn't paying attention to any of hte specific features of the people, so I wouldn't expect myself to see that one of the black figures looks a bit beary. If a real bear walked in that was as big as a real bear was, I'm sure I'd notice it. Same with the gorilla.
