now what in the world happend!!! the monster did all of this just to kill the other monster? it trasported itself out of some digital world.....then grab the monster it wanted to killand brung it into some digital world....then later transported the monster in some portal thingy...after that happen it made a bigger portal in the whole world and blasted off into a space into a gaint milky way....then after it already done enough to the poor fella he shoots it with lazers and expolde the milky way

the universe being folded like a scroll is actually an ancient description of the wormhole theory. the theory states that you can fold time and space to create a shortcut to another part of the universe. I'm impressed at how this attack merges both science and spirituality. I've always been a firm believer that science and spirituality complete each other and to see it in final fantasy is strangely refreshing. Interesting...

@BeachofDreams1988 If you like Hironubos work and if you like the old FF parts you should definetely play Lost Odyssey, another game he worked on. Sadly it's for Xbox360 only. But it unites some of the best ideas they ever used in the FF games, even though you can't really overpower yourself. It#s a fair game and the story is amazing. Just to mention how long the game is: It somes on 4 DVDs.

@NewTypexvii I think actually what's happening is that Eden isn't exploding the other galaxy with the monster it's just transporting the monster to another galaxy that just happens to be having a supernova at that exact moment. However it seems even with the infinite nature of space a little bit rich that there's a supernova going on somewhere in the galaxy everytime you need your GF to kick some ass and chew some bubblegum. Still a great idea though!

Have you ever played Planescape Torment or Deus Ex? If not, I'd recommend you do, they have a lot of philosophy intertwined in their plots.

Ok here's what's happening. Eden is basically a souped up Garden with a powerful particle beam on its back. It warps space-time so that the enemy is directly in front of the particle beam. It then begins to fire the particle beam which in turn, transforms the entire planet into a giant particle cannon. It fires the enemy through space into a Quasar (a supermassive black hole found in the core of a galaxy) for massive damage.

@journey2blackhole According to FFWiki, Supernova never was overkill, because it was a Gravity-based attack. You can be ready to die, that attack never will kill you. It just screws your entire team, but isn't used to kill you. Makes sense, because characters with about 6000-7000 HP never die, when the others have 9999, etc.

And for me, Supernova is still the most crazy attack ever. It destroys our entire solar system just to let you NEAR DEATH? Who would do this?

@moa373 You have to land on the platform found at the southwest corner of the world map and defeat the dragon found there, once that's done you have to leave then go back, and you'll find you can climb down to a further location. Down there you will find Ultima Weapon, who you can draw Eden from. It's a bit more complicated than that, but that's the gist of it.
