no no definitely not! i see where you could get that mixed up though, his original OHL team (Guelp Storm) traded him to the Brampton Battalion... that doesn't mean Detroit traded him, just the OHL team, it's like a totally different league from NHL, AHL, ECHL...

That's good to hear. He seems to be a decent prospect. I didn't know the minor league team could trade a NHL prospect.

it's not really minors... it's the Juniors... but yea i didn't even know that they could trade players in Juniors until last year when Zach Torquato (another Detroit prospect in the OHL) was traded to another OHL team lol... both look really good.
