  • think you broke his jaw FYI. If you're going to catch and release you should have a net onboard as well

  • sounds like Will Ferrell @ 2:20 HAHAHA!!!

  • Thank you sir for posting this informational video about trout fishing. I have never fished for trout before but I plan on starting this next spring. My friend's father is giving me his 12 foot boat and all of his fishing equipment. He tells me that he is also giving me a fish finder gps thing and some of the best lures and rods for trout fishing out there. Are there any suggestions you can give this very excited rookie? Thank you in advance for your response.

  • cute

  • Nice laker! I ordered some jigging spoons last week. I usually troll but i hear its a very effective method. I cant wait to try them out

  • Bloody hell !!! Monster trout!!

  • 3:25 snap

  • It's neat to see a video on this fishery. There just doesn't seem to be much info available on it. How big do you guys catch the Bonneville Cutts?

  • typical lake trout, barely bite, they just kinda put the lure in their mouths

  • @TheBalsamFir fish dont bite, they inhale there meal into there mouth.

  • @silentdreemz85 not true pikerel, pike and trout bite down on there prey bass inhale

  • @pyxiefrog124 Also the reason that bass can be seen more clearly inhaling food is because they have such large mouths so its easy to see. if you take any fish and slow the video down you will be able to see the fish inhaling its food.

  • @silentdreemz85 then why do pike sit with bigffo in there mouth and slowly eat it

  • @pyxiefrog124 they dont, show me a videos of it. i think what your talking about is that they will turn their prey around head first after they capture it. Its not like they are just sitting there chomping on a good meal nice and slow like a human or something.

  • @silentdreemz85 that t what I mean a pike will grab another pike then have it in its mouth and slowy swallow it fish dont go up and just slurp up the entire fish

  • @silentdreemz85 That is not true at all. You may think that they bite because they have teeth. In fact the reason pickerel and pike have teeth is because they will eat food that is 2/3 there own body weight so when they grab it that can tear it into pieces. With that said when a pike pickerel or trout eat something that is big enough to go right in there mouths without a problem they inhale the food. And also they inhale the food even if it is too big and then they begin to tear it up.
