Ok... neck on the block time here. This is the ONLY G&P program that's ICONIC for me.

All great teams have at least FD: T&D, (well ok 3, M&M, Barnum, Bolero) A&P Carmina Burana K&P 92 Olympics, V&M: Umbrellas of Cherbourg. But I can't recall one iconic G&P FD.

But this OD is spectacularly difficult in execution, artistry. I never saw what people saw in Pasha Grishuk until this. Her technique here is incredible, the choreography inspired and sublime.

God this is fabulous! One of the best ODs ever, along with T&D's 'Historia de un amor". And technically it's really peerless.

Guillermina Quiroga? I confess I've never heard of her. That's why this OD is so good, because neither Linichuk nor Tarasova choreographed it! I believe that G&P and also Krylova & Ovsyannikov didn't produce too many memorable dances, even though they were marvelous skaters, and Linichuk's poor artistic choices are to blame for that.

O.G. This was the best OD/OSP ever for me....but i have to disagree with the poster of this video because your quickstep in 95 was terrible....but 97 for you guys was brilliant....also 98

Cudos to choreographist, Guillermina Quiroga to translate Argentine Tango to the ice!!! She's an amazing dancer, teacher, producer, choreographer and person. Ofcourse, Grishuk & Platov have burning talent too!! We all can enjoy. . .
