  • it would be a beast you can use the hub motors to generate or move, a brush less hub motor the best for the back they are power full enough and with large Gage spokes and match up the holes, hub motor 2 can be a cheaper brushed dc motor that can act as a dc generator to charge a separate bank of battery's im building a moped that has a 3 speed trans. of a 50cc dirt bike and using the stator to make electric while a 48 motor is turning the timing chain while mounted on the head bolts

  • This probably would be an even sweeter ride with a lithium battery setup, (lighter weight, more power, and more distance per charge, and more compact battery configuration.

    I tam thinking of converting gas mopeds to electric mopeds using Golden Motor Magic Pie hub motors (one in front and one in rear).
