Air Asia - World's Best Low Cost Carrier ! Congratulations. To those complainers, if you have money take full service airlines such as Malaysia Airlines or Singapore Airlines for higher standards. If you don't have the money, and all you have a few dollar in you bank account or that your company can only afford to send you via low cost carrier, just be thankful and JUST SHUT UP !. Look at yourself first before complaining as it only reflects poorly on YOU and NOT on Air Asia.

AirAsia counter staff in Langkawi is utterly utterly rude. But the ground staff at the departure hall was very pleasant. But the biggest suprise was the "male" flight attendant. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never seen such stuck up poo faced bad mannered "queen" in my life. Now I only fly proper airlines. It's worth the money. AirAsia you SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and you did not even have the curtesy to reply to emails.

i've flown air asia about 10 times now.never face any inconvenience.domestic or international...just try to avoid flight at night.they are more likely to delay coz 10 minutes delay during the day can sum up to hours during night flight

flown with air asia 5/3 times my flight was cancelled without even informing me until i reach the airport! and all they give is refund RM200 on each flight when i payed more than that, bullshit response from their customer service and flight retimed on next day due to lack of aircraft placement wtf?! this is a waste of my time money especially since ive booked and payed for the hotel rooms already, ill never take low cost shit airlines again always go for full service airlines!

Most of the time Air Asia timing was perfect so if sometimes it goes off schedule is quite common as even big brands does that!

lately Airasia is low cost only for their website!! prices are high and if you try to book when there is an offer you can't log on to the site. Flight schedule times have been changed at the last minute causing problems for whoever has another flight to catch and all flights I have taken lately have had an hours delay so considering that you need to check in at least one and a half hours prior to departure, you need at least 4 or 5 hours between flights.

Ya, it's great to have a low cost airline...but honestly service out of KL is not good. (my humble opinion)...Langkawi, Penang...fantastic! KL folks are...lacking in people skills. I'm not talking about the whole airline. Just KL leg. :)

Thank you. Yes for the extra cost better to actually have your flight on time, not cancelled for mysterious reasons, etc...My sources tell me flights mysteriously cancelled because flight not full. Weather issues indeed! Too bad FireFly can't expand.... :)
