  • those responsible for this incident it should drop the whole weight of the law think they omitted the warnings to him by the security and yet not obey

    unscrupulous and stupid

  • everybody cares only because they are white and blondes... same thing happened june 6th in hermosillo sonora mexico, but it happened on a kindergarden.. 31 kids below 5 years old died, and nobody in the world payed attention!!!

  • I agree with Medvedev... they did not use their brains! My heart goes out to the victims.

  • Fucking Chechens

  • There have been other incidents like this one before, like the one in Argentina and where I come from, Peru. And always the same problem with the fireworks that burn the flamable ceiling and produce deadly smoke, the small or locked exits, always the same thing. Very sad this happens to people who want to have a good time, nobody deserves to die like this its so sad.

  • Agree with you very much. The Fire Inspectors usually put rules on these places but the owners will skip around them.

So sad to hear this is still happening. There will be a lot of pain over the coming months and years for many people.

  • This comment "to all Fucking Ignorant people" Believe it or not this happens everywhere.

  • We grieve with you Russia. Canada

  • did these idiot club owners ever hear of the station night club disaster that killed over 100 in rhode island. I can't believe this happend again........

  • Here is the problem of the centralized control. Why is Medvedev brief on this? where are the regional authorities accountable to the local people, accountable by law with political, criminal and civil penalties. Thus the farce continues.

  • In the United States. In 2003, the band made headlines when The Station nightclub fire led to the deaths of 100 people in West Warwick, Rhode Island, including the band's guitarist Ty Longley, who had been a member of the band for three years.

  • My guess is that all the plastic inside turned into liquid fuel.

  • Yes, punish thee f*** brainless murderer!

  • no brains??probably they all drunk.....

  • Fire @ Great White show

  • pridurki v permi xoposho torchat na belom pazani

  • Fucking Chechens.

  • You idiotic cunt, STFU if you haven't anything sensible to say.

  • Was the occupation limit for the building? Where the fire exits blocked?

Safety standards is one thing, but where was the local health and safety inspection board to certify the building?

  • to montfaucon1916 : Safety Regulations in Russia are real different to what exists in US.. if the club like this was in US, it would be closed as a result of multiple violations: no easy-to-fins exits, no alarms system, no fire extinguishing systems, no windows to leave the building, no EXIT signs easily visible in case of smoke, small Entrance which doesn't allow people to move out quickly; wires and wood on the ceiling. CRIME ON CRIME!

  • Fireworks indoor *LOL* , that funny one , man can nearly breath outside after firework , Imagen indoor 8-)

  • Vidas666 - I don't see what's so funny about this tragic story.

  • I thinks he is laughing at the lunacy of the party organizers, not the tragedy. I think the laugh is out of "what the hell were these fools thinking" but I'm not 100% certain.

  • Tragedy - yes i'm 100% with you, through the case of stupidity or this was planed as a terror attack. You have to know that firecrackers gas are deadly dangerous if you breath it in then you out of breathing it gets you down rapidly.

  • And when a magazine criticizes the government, you confiscate the entire building because there are not enough sprinklers. Why was the club allowed to continue its deadly practices?

  • Believe it or not this happens everywhere, a nightclub here in Montreal Canada refused to comply with fire safety standards, a decade past before they shut the place down for renovations, during those 10 years anything could have happened. Russia is corrupted, it is very likely the inspectors and officials were payed off, this is a common practice.

  • How come the interior in the club caused the fire?

  • @bjr43 read description

  • Fireworks used indoors, they also implied that the "twigs and plastic sheeting" served as an catalyst for the fire.

    The nightclub also looked overcrowded.

  • yep very crowded, even if people knew where the emergency exits were, you cant see them in such thick smoke!
