  • Now don't get me wrong but I've been searching on Google for numerous healthy & effective eating regimen regime plan and I discovered this unknown eating plan named DietOramy - I'm following the plan defined and I'm having lots of outstanding success, and I'm even now eating same as before, with no food craving, just a bit different meals...

  • What about the homeostatic mechanisms in the body that keep the acidity of the blood stream within a narrow range?

    Also meat is acidic.

    cos it is labeled low-fat, etc.

    and it does not build bones like most claim

  • You can Google Candida Diet and find the information. Basically, eat raw vegetables except starchy ones like potatoes and yams. Eat chicken and fish. Avoid red meat.

    DO NOT EAT: bacon, ham, processed foods, sugar, bread, pasta, any grains (wheat, oats, etc.), daiiry, fermented things (vinegar, soy sauce, mushrooms), and NO FRUIT. For THREE MONTHS.

    The diet starves candida, antifungals such as raw garlic, etc. kill it. I do not recommend ThreeLac or FiveLac products (dangerous!).

  • Ok so now carbs then. I need carbs because I have a physical job and I work out.

    I don´t believe in the no carb diets.

  • This is simply not something you're going to believe or be interested in until you come down with a chronic condition which no doctor can fix. In my case, it was horrible eczema all over my fingers, extreme fatigue, mental fog, gas + moodiness. I went to 3 dermatologists, 2 allergy specialists, an endocrinologist, a gastroenterologist and a general MD. I thought it must involve wheat somehow because bread worsened my condition. Finally, I discovered candidiasis on Google 10 yrs later! Cured!!!

  • NOW is the age where most of us are getting a reality check and changing to a vegan diet. Fish and meat industry are destroying many communities, our water supply and the whole environment on the planet! But we know that soya insn't good for you either, so what other sources of lean protein are out there for an alcaline diet and a fungus candida free body?

  • bee pollen, hemp seeds, wild rice, blue-green algae, wheatgrass juice, maca(not complete protein but still a good source of protein) and spirulina

  • hemp seed as in weed seeds? and if so how would you use them,do you just eat em?

  • flax seed is good toasted and salted look it up good source of nutrition

  • flaxseed: I heard that once you expose it to a certain level of heat, it becomes a toxin. You might not want to do that.

  • I thought fruit was good for you because it is metabolized different as compared to other sweets. I love fruit, especially strawberries. Sugary foods like pastries seem to cause my sons eczema to break out, but strawberries and other fruit don't do anything to him. I think fruit isn't as bad as your saying it is.

  • Talking about Fruit..i do belive Alkaline Diet its the Best even Better when its RAW but that doesnt mean we have to STOP EATING FRUITS..speacialy if their ORGANIC. which its great source of VITAMINS/MINS im make plenty of Fruit Juices per day same with Veggetable juice. so i dont see the point on CUTTING ON SOMETHING ORGANIC such as fruits.. what i would do ITS COMPLETELYSTOP EATING GMO'S Chemicalized Artificial Nutritionless Fake HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS. and that would be an Amazing thing to do

  • Alkaline diets sound like sense for a lot of reasons. No sugar would be so healthy, I'm sure we'd all lose weight.

  • I am going to try and cut down on the things that I eat that are in the Acids Diet category. I don't have a lot of time on my hands so I usually end up eating prepackaged food

  • This was helpful, because it's simple. It's sensible advice that I feel are changes I can truly make and succeed at. I was doing really well for a while skipping soda when I cut back on caffiene. I need to get back into that good habit.

  • These myriad types of diets confuse me but so far I have had only limited success with my various effort. The suggestions here does not seem hard to do.

  • I had also never heard of the difference in food types, other than the obvious ones, that citrus fruits are acid. This should help me to re-evaluate my diet, hopefully for the better.

  • I never really understood what alkaline and acid foods were. Now I understand it, and why I should eat more of an alkaline diet. I definitely eat more of an acid diet right now.

  • I eat a lot of fresh veg, but I cook them probably 50% of the time. What's more I eat a lot of fruit and always thought that this was a good, healthy thing for me to do.

  • Wow my diet belongs to an acid diet. No wonder I now look older than should be. I do eat fresh vegetables but only minimal. I drink water everyday but not the required 6-8 glasses. Maybe I should try alkaline diet in order to look younger.
