Like another person pointed out below, he was curious whether it is possible to create sounds in this software note-by-note. is it possible to insert digital-audio (as opposed to midi) sounds note-by-note in Cakewalk Music Creator? If so, how do you do that? I can only insert midi notes, but want something with more depth. Is it even possible? If so...how?
You can purchase a usb plug at most music stores. Every computer I have owned has had a microphone plug. Its far more economical to plug into the mic jack.
where do i get get the adapter to plug into the computer? is there a usb one? because i'm not sure if i have a microphone port on my computer. its kind of old
I recently bought Music Creator 4 as a gift for a guitarist. Just bought the software, but it seems that I also need to buy the cords and adapters to connect the guitar to the computer. Is there anything else I should buy? Don't want to give an incomplete gift. Birthday is on Tuesday. Would greatly appreciate your advise.
The computer that your installing the program needs to have a fairly good sound card for the program to work properly. The documentation with the program advises which sound cards work the best.
I bought an 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch adapter then plugged the 1/8 inch into the microphone port on the computer and plugged the 1/4 inch into the instrument.
