I lived in lebanon for 5years and I noticed when i used to go to the village with my dad most people ate a lot of fresh fruits(pomegranates, apples, dates, figs, etc..) Only on special occasions like twice ate meat. I never seen people healthier than them, they don't even have a clinic their. In the city is a different story, they ate meat every day a lot sweets, you notice a lot of fatter people, a lot more diseases and more hospitals.
I've drank tons of milk in my life and I've been healthy and have never broken a bone, even though i know i should have at least a couple times. so just because something has a chance of it being bad doesn't mean it is completely bad. that would be like saying if you go outside you have the chance of being hit by a car, so don't go outside, right? rofl
WARNING 801010 is just a new niche fad diet market, which people like Dr Doug Graham and Harley Johnstone are taking advantage of. It is very deficient in key nutrients. Particularly the fat soluble vitamins A, E, D, K (K2), B12 and minerals Zinc, Sulfur and more. It is also very deficient in dietary fats and protein. This is DANGEROUS, especially for children. We all want answers, but this is not it and there's an increasing number of people who have learnt the hard way on 801010.
Question. If you drink Tea or Coffee because you really like a hot drink several times a day, what would you recommend we drink which you can get in any cafe in Europe? Thanks
Dr Richard Johnson said that the vitamin C in fruit counteracts the uric acid production resulting from fructose production. He said it is no problem at all to eat fruit.
@imnotabear Wuh-oh, better not let the refined-sweets addicts get a hold of that piece of information. Bananas aren't know for being high in vitamin C but they are relatively high in fructose (15 g; the other 12 g are glucose). If such a small amount of vitamin C can magically offset the relatively high amount of fructose in a banana, then someone with fatty liver could just tell his doctor, "To hell with my diet, just write me up a prescription for vitamin C supplements!" LOL
where in actual human studies have they found that a high protein diet leeches calcium from bones and teeth? they DO have higher calcium excretions via urine but nowhere in ACTUAL research has high protein been correlated to osteoporosis. also there is no ACTUAL research on the subject that high protein diets damage the kidneys in healthy individuals, they have been shown to worsen the condition of the kidneys in individuals that already have kidney disease but not in healthy individuals.
@PowerBuilder2 its actually a wide known fact that high protein is bad for even a healthy liver IF you dont drink tons of water if your drinking atleast 10 cups a day there shouldnt be a prob.
@laCruz40oz In my experience within the field of nutrition, 'facts' are such an interchangable thing and are more often than not, gross generalizations.
Milk is for suckers! In America we are ALL suckers because the dairy council provides "free educational" materials to our poor public schools. We are indoctrinated into the torture and death of cows before we can even say our ABC's. Then we get on YouTube at night and yell obscene things at those who are trying to get us to WAKE THE F*** up.
@p00huge This is an issue. Some plastics are PBA free, good luck figuring out what's what unless labeled. Here is what you can do . Speak loud and clear with your wallet. Stop buying bottled water NOW. If you want non tap water, get a refillable 5 gallon or gallon jugs. Aside from that, weigh your issues, otherwise you will go nuts. For example, if your eating meat, smoking or drinking coffee everyday, you have much BIGGER problems than worrying about PBA leeching from your bottled water.
What about those poor plants? They are living and breathing. Happily reaching for the sun and exhaling oxygen. Enjoying the day in their peaceful little world, then BAMB somone comes along and cuts them up! :O EEEK. They are screaming out their little plant lungs, "help me they are putting me in a blender and cutting me into a million peices and because I am still alive...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh."
At least we kill the animals first before we eat them...
@g9g9g9 Stop eating dairy and taking calcium supplements. Civilizations who do not eat meat and dairy have virtually NO osteoporosis, FACT. Start eating a diet rich in vegetables and greens. Your bone density should naturally increase. Read.... Diet for a New America and The China Study. Then find a doctor who understand nutrition (good luck). In 8 years of medical school doctors get less than 2 credit hours of education relating to nutrition.
If you have osteoporosis you should go to amazon as soon as possible and order "Whitewash" by Joseph Keon. Then read it from cover to cover. When you're finished look up osteoporosis and the PH (or acidity levels) in the index, re-read those sections and then change your diet: Be alkaline, get off milk, get off meat, don't worry about supplementation, eat plenty of fruits, greens, and veggies. That's what I would recommend; I would say the same things to those that I love in my life.
I wouldn't use notmilk dot com as a reference. The site went up in the early/mid 1990s. Much of the material has not been updated since then, about 15 years. The author of the site, Robert Cohen, has also refused all requests to list his credentials. There are many more dependable sources indicting cow's milk. There isn't a need to cite notmilk dot com
P.S. Mercola is, um, extrapolating things from Richard Johnson's research that the research doesn't suggest. Johnson's research refers to fructose from corn syrup and other unnatural sources, not fruit. And Mercola is on rather a tear against all fruit[limit your servings to 15 grams a day!] as a result. This is unfair and even dishonest of Mercola to do with Dr. Johnson's work on fructose, because people then wrongly attribute it to Dr. Johnson.
Why are people here mentioning mother's milk? If you're an adult and done growing, what the heck do you need the nutrition in mother's milk for? Mother's milk is for babies!
mothers milk basic ingredients are fats, proteins, minerals, water, and few carbohydrates. If high carbohydrates are the ideal why none in mothers milk? If low fat and protein are ideal why does nature insist it is best for human babies? The configuration of nutrients for the greatest period of human growth would seem to be ideal for life. Your thoughts?
@roottruthseeker human breast milk has nearly 7x as much carbs as it does protein. per calorie there's not much more fat than carbs either. the carbs from breast milk are mostly from lactose which most adult humans cannot digest. all mammals drink mother's milk when they are young, none of them do when mature except humans. the nutritional requirements of infant/growing mammals are quite different than adults, otherwise adult cattle would not prefer grass to milk.
@durianriders Most people who I know were atleast somewhat breastfed are strong and healthy in comparison to a lot of people who were bottle fed. I think might be that a lot of microbes from the mother aid digestion in the childs stomach.
@roottruthseeker I know I already replied to you on an earlier video, but his real thoughts on this are most likely "doesn't support my viewpoint, must be false..." I'm speaking from experience when I say this, not some dark cynical voice...
@frodosauce It's a ridiculous comment as all milk producing herbivores diets change after an initial weening period. Look at cows who suckle with mothers milk, high protein high fat e.t.c, then after that stage they move on to an entirely plant based diet. Fast growth is essential when young to give you a fighting chance for survival but not good over the long term. That's natures way.
@pennthebaker As a guy who has lived and worked on a ranch. A bear will go after cattle. He goes for the lactating females. He rips their udders off, drinks the milk, then rips open the belly and eats the organs, maybe gnaws on the leg a little. That's natures way. Get out of a city occasionally.

@faxchase77 just as a heads up.. the calciums that are rocks and very toxic are added to all rice and soy and almond milks, unless you are making homemade :) and there are rice syrup sugars in the store mylks, too... ugh
@faxchase77 I agree animal milk SUCKS. You do have to worry though. Almond milk usually is loaded down with sugar. It rots your teeth. It can also possibly cause kidney stones if your body has trouble clearing out oxalates. Nuts, especially almonds are high in oxalates.
Just wondering if you eat dried fruits at all.....like prunes, figs, raisins, etc.....and if so, do you feel a little like they are not alive? I recently bought a variety of organic dried fruits at my health store. Every time I eat dried figs, raisins, or prunes, I feel like I am eating something cooked.......lower energy and bad digestion.....It seems you eat only fresh fruits from your vids, and I think that is best...??
@ravendream33 I eat heaps of dried fruit. Im active and I ALWAYS stay hydrated by drinking enough water that Im urinating at least 10 times a day and a few times a night and ALWAYS CLEAR URINE.
@durianriders Dried fruits are an easy way to get in the calories faster, I assume. Do you eat avocados very often or at all. They are the only overt fat that I eat other than whole kalamata olives. Just curious. Thanks :)
@durianriders dude wtf didnt need to know your urines clean what a fucking fag. do you ever have fun? running 10 times a day seriously? what kind of life is that
@durianriders Do you get organic dried fruit and make sure there's no extra stuff or sulphur in it? Some of it is really crappy and processed and it can be hard to tell if it's healthy dried fruit or not.
