Hi i bought the dvd and i just finished working it out till the end. It was a good workout - However, i did not eat anything except for a piece of chocolate and water and i started to puke when I got to the end. I think its because we do a lot of head movemenrs and body waves that turn you upside down. So make sure you eat well before the exercise..Im going to clean up now :((

I Love this dvd, I agree with the previous comment, it DOES get a sweat going =)

I really love how there is no complicated choreography compared to more mainstream workouts, so you can concentrate on the moves instead.

And it really is fun! I really like how she even says that you can make stuff up on your own, that you don't have to folllow along, "just have fun with it".
