they said they werent done with lfd1 yet... and you cant add 4 new special infected, 5 new story things, like 10 new guns, a melee weapon system (with like 10 weapons), fire ammo, adrenal shots, 4 new characters, an updated AI system and more to a game via downloadable content, and if you did youd be retarded, thats like making left for dead all over again with twice as much stuff and then not getting money for all the work put into it.

no versus is supposed to be unbalanced towards infected. and i think they rigged the beta that i played so it only reveals a few/several new things, its still kind of too early to tell. and no it wasnt a final version, the menu was locked to only play campaign.
