yay! I found this pattern. I am going to give it a shot. So far its going ok. I am on the collar part right now. I am using an I hook and 4 ply yarn instead because I need it to be a 24 month size. Looks like its going to fit my daughter ok :) Thanks for the suggestion! I hope my dress turns out as cute as yours :) I will do a video response when I am finished!
