When I was growing up, I had many ear surgeries & every time I woke up, I was groggy & would slur my words. One time, my brothers said that I messed with the heart rate monitor & made it go flat line some how & all the nurses came rushing in lol I wish I had your kid's spunk!

When I had surgery I tried to get up and was like... nope I'm not getting up and just laid there. I couldn't talk because my wisdom teeth got pulled... when I was 12, but I didn't do anything funny except slap myself to see if I could feel pain. and then on the ride home I started crying because I couldn't feel anything. o.o

when i got my tonsils and adenoids taken out, in recovery, i remember crying for my mommy and daddy. im 15. thats wrong. then i got 2 ice pops and when they took the iv out, the pain hit me like a truck.
