the slash is a tougher backyard basher but the sc10 is a true race truck.... same driver on a track will turn more laps with an sc10(i turn 11.5 with the slash and 13.6 with the sc10)
I do agree. The Slash serves my purpose of no-worries-bashing-fun (not to mention it's water-proof). It's a chassis that you just throw in a fresh set of battery and just have fun. As for the SC10, it requires certain level of skill and experience to tune properly. But once dialed in, it is the better car for racing/competition. I might consider getting a SC10 in addition to my Slash later on. :) Cheers.
With the stock motor/esc (12T), the Slash does need to go full-throttle real early to get the momentum to clear the jumps. The speed isn't too bad - but will consider switching to brushless later on. As for the SC10, the guys told me the front felt quite light, so have to be careful with throttle in mid-air so not to tilt the front to high.
Is this in China?

you can tell the slash has better suspension cause every time the sc10 hits the ground it makes a cracking noise.
camaroPBman 2 years ago
i think that is the body you are hearing, not the suspension
jasonp8127 2 years ago
the crack noise is the body, my slash does the same thing

The Sc10 Is The Best Corr Truck For Racing
lsurocks335 2 years ago
@dreammaster252 The suspension (shocks to be specific) could actually use some work. They aren't very durable.
