Hi, I follow the instructions in the video but after press Submit I verify my inbox and I never received any email. I have my site in godaddy.com, theres no error after Submit. Is something else that I has to do.

@AngelSiervoDeDios You may want to do a test running a simple php mail() function to see if you can send email from your hosting account. If it doesn't work, you may need to configure mail to use an authenticate smtp account.

are webforms only allowed to be sent to the site/admin or can you set it to dynamically send it to a user using user reference?

You can add node references and other fields. Webform is just another content type, so you can apply anything that can be added a node, like cck fields and locations.

@kumquatsta No. This is specifically for creating a form that gets emailed to you. What you might be looking for is content profile module
