I say it again, Cesc will stay at Arsenal because he is the captain. A good captain will not abandon ship. He mooted the idea to move back to Baca not because Arsenal is not competitive but few players who may not readily accept a young boy as a captain (my suspicion). And, should Baca really break bank to get Cesc, he will still be second fiddle and theres no glory to that and Baca has won everthing and I think their cycle has come to an end if not, it is soon coming.
