Im from Detroit and what Debbie Schlussel was saying about black culture is totally true. The city came under black management and it fell apart in less time than it took to build it. Rape, child molestation, statictory rape are all common up there. Crime and welfare dependency are very high as well. It's part of animal farm. At first, all of the animals were equal, but later, it was changed to "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."
It was a way of tricking the stupid animals into letting the pigs (the smarter leaders) of getting more privatizes, by taking them away from the others.
Another way of saying it is "Why are some people in higher positions than others?" or something.
