  • This is awesome! I did the lower back only once and felt that the pain is much much better!

  • Another great instructional series absolutely ruined by a monotonous music track played TOO LOUD!

  • Just got these a few weeks ago. The shit works.

  • hate to tell y'all this, but this is straight out of Scott Sonnon's CST intu flow joint mobility. plug in his name and intu flow and you'll see the real master who developed this program, along with clubbells, tacfit, etc

  • @lemayelaine Steve gives credit to Sonnon all over the place. Scott Sonnon has a great system, but his videos are horrible! He talks and talks and talks, eventually getting to the "How To", all the while, his voice is drowned out by a monotonous, fingernails on the chalkboard, new age/yoga track.

  • way too easy.

  • Dexterity and unbelievable strength. What an amazing man with an amazing body.

  • It's simple amazing, the most complete joint mobility dvd, steve maxwell is the best on joint mobility, I can cure most of my injuries and my clients too, with just one session of this DVD. Higly recommended. Please try it if you not believe me.

  • Steve is da man!

  • this is pretty sick it looks like he took a few kung fu stances and incorporated it as well !!!

  • bboying at the end? lol

  • Steve is a legend

  • coffee grinder 1:20

  • All good and that bit of break dancing at the end was double cool.

  • He is a very sympathic trainer! I like his training!

  • love the song.

  • @cretemuk

    Hi!

What is this song in the video?

  • This guy is amazing

  • @CreatureGam3r

    Absulotely yes!

  • this moves are spectacular!

    thank you so much

    pretty interesting

    I gave you 5 stars!

    success

  • Seriously, I can do all the stuff in this vid and I`m hardly flexible. This guy could have at least thrown a split in there or something.

  • its joint mobility not stretching.

  • "Joint mobility" and "flexibility" are not the same thing.

  • are 56 years old?

  • this fool would make a great break dancer

  • shit... im 17 and cant do this...

  • it does take time man , no offense but you can get there :)

  • P.e.a.c.e. at 50+ you are off the chain dada,,and comming from a nigga thats a compilment cause you know they say "black don't crack" (we age well).....great work homie keep it up,,,,,p.e.a.c.e.

  • dude if he keeps it up hell probably live until 100 or more

  • What's scary is I got to train with Steve after he shot this (because I already owned a copy) at Rocha Jiu-Jitsu in Oakland, and the dude's actually more cut now than he was when he shot this.

    The guy's a phenom.

  • This DVD series is awesome! Very thorough, more effective than stretching or the short JM drills you find in some kettlebell workouts. Steve is also a very good instructor.

  • ahaha! fantastic!!!

  • this stuff is awesome workout . good well rounded mobility workout

  • This is not Gymnastica ! Steve gleaned some ideals from BJJ but most of this looks like a asian ,middle eastern and russian kind of flow pattern. Gymnastica is more explosive.

  • thats sick much props to him!!!!!!!

  • Steve Maxwell is a freak of nature. He is now 55 yrs. old and in unbelievable shape. I had the opportunity to train (Jiu jitsu) w/ him today and his technique is sick! I thought I was strong, he is freakishly strong!

  • not tryn to make fun of him or anything. but like is he riedicoulesly stronger than ud think for someone his size?

  • Looks like the American version of Gymnastica or a version of a good physical workout. Lot of techniques in there from various cultures.

  • Steve Maxwell was featured on a recent DVD release called "The Boys Are Back In Town" (with Mike Mahler and Steve Cotter and Nate Morrison). His presentation on JM was the highlight of the DVD for me (and it was all pretty good). BTW, he freely admits that he "stole all Sonnon's stuff" and modified it to suit him. I'm definitely going to order this with my income tax refund.

  • Ah, did he say Sonnon? I thought he stole all of Z-Health. That is what he said.. i think i need to watch the DVD again

  • Eric Cobb from Z-Health used to be one of Sonnon's guys...FWIW, I'd rather learn from Maxwell as he's a much better instructor

  • No, Steve is a student of Scott Sonnon's and has attended his certification seminars. See Sonnon's website for Steve's words calling Scott, "The Best Teacher He's Ever Had."

  • yes, and Scott learned it from Russia. The majority of joint mobility drills are Russian. Many of them are taught in Systema.

  • Um, yoga?

  • It is not Systema, yoga, Z-Health, or Sonnon's stuff . More like a combination of what works best from all of them and then some. Why are people so stupid as to think any coach develops his practices in a vacuum? Nothing new under the sun. Everyone borrows ideas from everyone else and many develop similar conclusions independently.

  • @GreenMountains1 Im pretty sure L. Ron Hubbard developed scientology alone. But then, hes a freakin nut job....

  • @Porojukaha I was talking in the area of training. If we are going to include fantasy crazy aliens from outer space fiction...ok I'll take your word for it L. Ron Hubbard came up with scientology alone.

  • thanks for this, i am starting rehab with my back and I was told to look at joint mobilty first, so i watch this, and tried it, it works your muscles and joints just enough, and its not to high impact, so i can do it ,

    Thanks

  • this guy isn't even fucking shred yoked.

  • godd stuff, a lot of it looks similar to scott sonnons info

  • Steve Maxwell is awesome. 54 years old and a badass.

  • yea! thats good stuff.

  • thats tight! nice vid thnx
