I got this on my Xbox for Midway Aracde Treasures. It's actually a pretty fun game. And the controls are SUPPOSED to be messed up. <_< lulz

There's a game called Hamsterball, which basically is a clone of this, with more levels.

It's on the PC, maybe you can check it out.

This is only on the GB... and maybe another system (NES maybe), but it's not on the VC... for good reason, probably.

I owned the NES version as a kid. It was awesome. I could understand the gameboy version not being that good.

I think this game is also on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, because i own a PSP Mega Drive collection, and this game is included on the collection.
