@ZaneOneTwo As already stated, Gears is a rip off of Kill Switch. Mass Effect is just a rip off of Deus Ex. Japan hit the nail on the head this generation in all honesty. Take a bunch of shit someone else already did, put in a caucasian male as the main character, and you have yourself a game for the Western audience. At least Japan does it with a lot more style than us. Vanquish being the best example.

This is a good concept, and I suppose innovative, but it's too much to take in at one time. The examples of team trust showed in the video are just plain unrealistic. It needs to be toned down and applied reasonably if it's going to sell. And combat is the biggest part of a game, so it has to be streamlined. If you're in a firefight, you're not thinking about what comments to give your teammates.
