She is told by the angel that she is 'favoured by god', or has 'found favour in god's eyes'. So? David was favoured in god's eyes. At one time Saul was favoured in God's eyes. Although she did conceive Jesus through the Holy Spirit and after He was born her & Joseph consumated their marriage and had more children. Matt 1:25. Nowhere in Scripture does Jesus, or anyone else, direct any praise, glory, or adoration towards Mary. Elizabeth, Mary’s relative, praised Mary in Luke 1:42-44, but her praise is based on the blessing of giving birth to the Messiah. It was not based on any inherent glory in Mary.

mary is a type of every human's mother, we leave our mothers to become part of the celestial mother that the bible calls "Jerusalem (Above)"--Gal 4:26. If we consider Jesus as our brother, friend, and our God, why can we not also consider his mother as our mother too. Jesus performed his first miracle at Mary's request. What part of the angel Gabriel sent from GOD, Asking Mary to be the mother of GOD's Son out of all the women in the world. I would say this action by GOD makes her pretty important, w/o having orders from GOD to loving her and respecting and worshiping her as I worship my parents. Nowhere in Scripture does Jesus, or anyone else, direct any praise, glory, or adoration towards Mary. Elizabeth, Mary’s relative, praised Mary in Luke 1:42-44, but her praise is based on the blessing of giving birth to the Messiah. It was not based on any inherent glory in Mary.

mary is a type of every human's mother, we leave our mothers to become part of the celestial mother that the bible calls "Jerusalem (Above)"--Gal 4:26. Mary is not Jesus's spiritual mother, He denies her (Matthew 12:46-50), and Mary died just like everyone else and is waiting for resurrection, just like everyone else. If Mary obtains salvation, she also will be a daughter of Jerusalem Above.

1) "lying" about Christ dying would violate "You shall not bear false witness", so He must have died.
2) "stealing His body from the tomb" would violate "You shall not steal", so His body could not have been stolen by His disciples.
3) The Christians never invented any myth about Mary ascending to heaven, that is a pagan myth stolen by pseudo-Christians to perpetuate their paganism.

The mother of Christians is a spiritual organization, not a human person. We all have flesh & blood mothers, as had Jesus, but our 2nd birth is through the spirit (John 3:6-7), not through our fleshly mothers (John 3:4-5).
Our "mother" is called "Jerusalem" (Gal 4:26) because as Jerusalem was a city, the city Abraham searched for (Heb 11:10), the church is also a collection of people, not one human female. If "Mary" was our mother, it would be recorded in the bible, and it's NOT.

unfortunately, even Strong's Concordance presents the false version, so without you having access to a Greek New Testament (ancient Greek) the only way to demonstrate this to you is through YOUR OWN online catholic encyclopedia. Go to it and look up trinity and you will find that MYSTERIOUSLY ABSENT from the scriptures they claim support trinitarianism is the false version of 1 John 5:7, the only "scripture" that would actually nail it.
