yeah possesion is definitely illegal in canada. Its decriminalized which means you get a heavy fine in some areas. But if you get caught a second time for possesion of a small "personal" amount, then the judge will throw the book at you. So even decriminalized for "personal" amounts you will still land in jail if your busted more than once in those areas of canada. Weed is only legal in amsterdam, iran, and iraq i believe.
