can any body help me out am doing a zetec turbo coversion in my s2 rs turbo th car is currently 1800 zvh but were are you meant to put the oil returns from the turbo and catch tank cos mine goes into the block but it keeps shitting the bottom end and i want to no if it will be ok to put them into the sump any ideas any body plase

Only the RS2k Gearbox i use due to the internals being stronger.

DIESEL GEARBOXES ARE NOT STRONGER. Nothing is stronger, apart from getting yourself a new straight cut gearset/big tooth set

The gearbox in this car is an MTX75. NOT a diesel box. Also a straight cut gear set is far from ideal on the road and ratios are aweful. With the power that this has and straight cut box it would be on the limit in no time and top out too low. The box in this car was bought for £40 and still going strong 5 years later :)
