If you put it on aeroplane mode before you do the cheat, it does not recognise you have done the cheat, then turn the date back to the original date and turn aeroplane off, there you go (:

To be honest, this is a bad idea. This method of "cheating" only turns your cafe green and does not allow GameCenter friends to visit your cafe. Also, this is a simple cheat that many people can figure out by themselves.
