I think Burke was overly optimistic about the future though, especially about countries uniting together to fight against the problem though -- it simply hasn't happened.

I hope they are not losing money over it... but I know 3rd the world gains access to quality education through the channel (many mails from school teachers using the channel in their classrooms).
