  • Just made a batch of this from your video; Delicious. I'm eating it with Nacho Chips and getting ready to watch the movie titled "The Blue Max'. Thx much sir.

  • @MrSchpankme - thanks, the base recipe is super simple. Mom makes these w/different breads and makes w/and w/o pepper. Then trims the crusts off & slices into 1/3rds for perfect finger sandwiches. She adds some green food color to the w/out pepper batch so you know which is which.

  • Naga? thats a lot of scoville units. i know you like it hot as do i, but is this going to kill my mama? lol.

  • @beefyramos - Not as hot as you might think. These were gown originally from certified seeds and we have been dry but once you grind them fine and spread them out in 3# of cheese, it leaves a nice tingle. Not a burn but a tingle. Heat is relative. My peppers don't seem too hot.

    I gave one to a co-worker who atempted to eat it as-is. He got about to where the seeds & webbing start and stopped. He changed his mind about wanting some seeds. They arn't candy and I don't eat them plain.
