  • he was honerably discharged because his muscle tone had wasted away from the 190 mile trek

  • corporal in the sas, can you imagine being a field marshal in the sas lol, fucking terminators would do a 180 and sprint forever

  • @british123able There's no field marshal in the entire Army, let alone the SAS. What's more, it's the Sergeants and Warrant Officers, the boys with heaps of operational experience that you'd be afraid of.

  • @xStealth you ve got to be having a laugh if you think U.S military of any kind let alone special forces are superior to British special forces. never mind the high ups decisions and the costing/funding from the relevant goverment departments the British special forces and intelligience services are the best in the world. They re a blueprint to what most other countires have modelled themselves on

  • @casualchauncey I´ve heard so many different nationalitys saying they got the toughest and best soldiers in the world. A Finnish guy told me that their rangers trained the SAS and navy seals. There is no way to compare special op forces with each other.

  • Staff Sergeant Eddie Stone

    Sergeant John Mcaleese (R.I.P)

    Sergeant Chris Ryan

A few of the men that made the special forces famous

  • @TheBeatnik1000 The invasion of Iraq was in 2003 so how were you there in 2002 ?

  • Most people who serve in such units do so in obscurity, there's no money to be made and sometimes decades before they can even mention their past..........but they all play their part!

  • the book tells you a lot. very good read

  • @leeconnor9 This is just a bunch of lies! For the real thing watch:

    "THE REAL BRAVO TWO ZERO"

  • top bloke

  • Did anyone ever see the "Hunting Chris Ryan" series where they got some ex-navy seals and royal marines to hunt him down like a dog over various terrains?

  • @nickbaldeagle01 Nah. I'm guessing he did well?

  • @splinter360 Like Meatloaf once opined....two outta three aint bad...

  • Although its shitty that it happened, im happy to hear the whole Chris v Andy thing was a jornalistic wank. I thought it might have been but wasnt sure. I just couldnt imagine a group of profesionals bickering like school kids during a patrol.

  • You get a totall sense of humility and honesty

And genuineness in this guy. And he's just answering questions and doing it with a professional type demeanor. He's clearly not a showboat Hollywood wanna be he seems like he's just trying to make an Honest living by do what he likes doing to do.

  • i would love to get this on dvd

  • Is this the guy that escaped on the B20 mission in iraq in 1991?

  • mental robustnuss!!!

  • Is it odd i think he sounds like captain price from Cod 4 in the S.A.S?

  • @totaldramaislanda It is odd, Price is voiced by a Londoner (at the least a southerner) and Ryan is from the North East along the road from Newcastle.

  • andy mcnab commanded B20 chris ryan was a patrol member and walked a fair distance on his won drinking contaminated water and making it safely across the syrian border mcnab and 3 others got captured and 3 men died

  • No offence but wasn't it Andy McNab who was in Bravo Two Zero

  • well he doesnt look like much...

  • @joninyt Im adressing both comments you made here, firstly, looks can be decieving, he is ex-sas and trust me when i say, he will kill you bare handed within seconds, just like any other Speacil forces members can. And war/killing is evil? Depends on the perspective, would you say taking down the Nazi's was evil? And by looking at your profile and the hate comments you have, such as you being called a racist, leaves me to believe your a troll, and your comments now mean shit.

  • @xUK91x firstly...do you really think special forces bother much with unarmed training these days? i dont think so...any seasoned kickboxer who trains 2 to 3 hours a day would snap these guys!!! look at him...he was fucking fat man...sure hes older now and maybe doesnt train as much...just because your in special forces doesnt make you the meanest guy to walk the planet thats bullshit...they have there specialties...oh and up yours!!!

  • @joninyt wow, your ignorance is appaling, kickboxers would break within hours if they went through the training these guys do without any previous experience within the military. The selection process for speacil forces is 0.1% of all who apply. While anyone can train to be a kickboxer. The simple fact you just compared a kickboxer to a speacil service soldier who has seen more horrors, dealt with situatuations that a kick boxer will never face, shows how much of a troll you are.

  • @joninyt and you say they don't bother with unarmed training? wrong, yes they do, matter of fact they even have experts who help with unarmed and knife training, and kickboxer trains 2-3 hours a day? Try looking up some SAS training vids, they have a building called the killhouse which they spend up to 10 hours a day practicing killing. Yer, try putting a kickboxer against a fully trained SAS servicemen, lets see who wins. Whats your defintion of a 'badass' then?

  • @xUK91x and special "armed" forces deal with unarmed training all day.bullshit man,you been watching too much rambo / commando movies! the only special forces who i would fear regarding "unarmed combat" is the israelis as there krav maga proved pretty effective, but still on the world stage it didnt perform too well!!! Special forces are soldiers.soldiers use guns, work it out!!! my definition of a badass.hmmm lets see.i would think Barrington Patterson.he would break any SF,except Sam Fisher...

  • @joninyt did i say they spend all day with unarmed training? no. But its fact they train in unarmed and knife combat given from experts from around the globe, thats fact. And no i havent watched too many rambo movies, imho opionion rambo is shit. And soldiers? use guns? No shit!, and Speacil forces also deal in unarmed training! Seriously, you obviously have something against the SAS so you will bad mouth and spread shit as much as you can, so for the sake of youtube, go suicide troll.

  • @xUK91x look i respect what the SAS is and what it does...but i think they are seen by the public as these spooks in the night who are like ninjas!!! i have friends in SADF special forces and they have both been fucked up in street situations!!! nobody is untouchable and nobody is that deadly is all im saying...i have nothing against the SAS, just tired of all the poms going "they the only thing that makes me proud to be british" what a lot of shite!!!

  • @joninyt i never said that though, anyone who says this is the only thing that makes them proud to be British are either 9 year olds or total idiots with no recollection of their own history. Just your first comment rubbed me (and most definately other people) up wrong with the attitude, as if it was directed at the SAS themselves.

  • love the SAS makes me poud to be british

  • @LeoTurner210 yes proud of a unit that kills!!! wonderful...keep up the high morale!!! all these fucken people are evil!!! war/killing is evil!!!

  • He predicts how Afghanistan would be

  • As you`d expect from the SAS - totally modest, cool, rational. Top fella. I even bought his fitness book, building me up a treat. Thanks Chris.

  • when was this interview actually filmed? must have been yearrrrrrrrrrrs ago? and also who gives a shit if he wrote a book about his experiences I'm fucking glad he did because its immense to know what king of lads we have in our special forces and get an idea of what they can really do, anyone who slags of the SAS clearly have no brain and would do better off being bombed cheers.

  • this is the other prick ! me thinks ,that seen his ex mate was making a ton of money , andy mc nob ,so had to right a book and cash in , bunch of wankers ,killing people for a wage packet an trying to make out they are heros

  • @kevrs2

Yeah real funny mate, but actually they were heroes. Read Bravo Two Zero and then see if you can slag them off. You will see why they are called the best Secret Service in the World.

  • @MrRoss12341234 heros ? so whats heroic ,about going half way around the world to kill brown people in sandals FOR MONEY , and oil companies ,you have a very confused opinion of what a hero is , some how i doubt you have ever had your door kicked in at four in the morning and dragged out of bed ,and beatin simpley for being born in the wrong country,... nah , what da fuck would you know ,your just mind controlled drone ,that cant think for him or her self ,so go back to sleep you sheep bahaha:)

  • @kevrs2

...mate what the fuck are you talking about? The SAS were destroying missiles which being targeted at the middle eastern allies.

  • @MrRoss12341234 your a complete clown ,you haven't a clue ,i would say your a dopey little cunt in your teens or early 20s

  • @kevrs2

Well, yeah. I aint gonna be a 30 year old guy arguing with a bell end like you.

  • @MrRoss12341234 your birth certificate may say you were popped out in 81 ,but have you learnt anything in the meantime ,dopey ,so tell me this ,who do you think has more balls , some ex borstal boy waste of space that joins an army for money to kill people ,for scumbags in suits and oil companies ,or the the other guy ,i dont think you've really thought about this have you ,..you silly pup you :)

  • @kevrs2

Honest to God, i didn't understand that question. But the SAS do have bollocks. They have more bollocks than almost anyone in the world.

  • @kevrs2

Soldiers don't get to choose the policies. They choose to serve.

However if you did want to make a moral argument about it. The liberation of Kuwait was something worth fighting for. Keeping SCUDs out of Israel was an integral part of that.

  • but WHY are all these ex SAS making

money out of stories and events.???

all the guys I knew in the 22 NEVER

    wanted to be noticed and

    were very quiet men.??

    uk/usaboy.

  • @jocksmen He probably enjoyed writing stories before he joined the SAS. So then he wrote some stories about his experiences. I don't know because I don't know how I would feel if I was in the SAS.

  • @Jiminibobster it's just the ones I knew

wanted no notoriaty and were taking meanial

    jobs in civvy street.

I felt the same leaving the military.

    YOU ARE SOMETHING....THEN

    YOUR NOT ANYMORE.

    HOPE you can understand this.thanks.

    uk/usaboy.

  • @jocksmen Whats it like being in the military?

  • @Jiminibobster SORRY

    I AM SWORN TO SECRECY.!

  • @jocksmen i wonder that but chris ryan and a lot of ex sas members write books about there expirences and make survival documentrys about it then it just starts from there

  • @jocksmen Most ex special services men stay quiet too I guess, but there's nothing wrong with a few telling their story, is there?

  • @InnocenceExperience You are a star my Military friend. The others slagging off the Regt are cocks!!!!!!

  • To view a recent book signing picture of Chris Ryan in Somerset.

Search in Google: Coldstream Guards Yeovil & Taunton Branch No: 34 (Somerset)

    View Branch Gallery

  • In the description you have named him as a Former 'Corporal'. Chris Ryan actually ended Service as a Sergeant. Minor Error. But thanks for the video :D

  • @KeirenScott I didn't know that, will look it up, thanks!

  • @darrenpollard1st i did not know that either, is he bullshitting us?

  • @KeirenScott chris is that you? :D

  • @ryanuk1981 haha I wish mate :)

  • @ryanuk1981 Its me but not at the photo!

  • @Melchersson yeah...

  • @ryanuk1981 Seriously I didn´t made the selection to the Swedish SAS the SSG. But I am a proud Swedish arctic ranger!!!!!!

  • @KeirenScott

He always sounded like an officer to me, when you hear the likes of eddie stone and john mac talk they are a lot more NCO-ish then Chris

  • @djeq721

Yeah Chris is definitely a switched on fella, there's a lot of guys who get to that stage where they have the chance to become Officers but choose not too. I'm not saying that Chris was offered the chance, but I reckon if he stayed in the Service for the duration of his ability to do so, he could be knocking on Captain or Major now, I've seen it happen. However, he did trek 190miles across a desert and consumed Nuclear waste. No guessing that can affect a man mentally in a major way.

  • This guy claims to have found Saddams yellowcake processing factory in Iraq.

Anything this guy says must be taken with a grain of salt....

  • get real, him and Mc nab are fiction not fact.

do you realy believe that men that are so wanted by extremist organisations would show theyre face in public?

  • @210357tommy Hello, McNab as far as I am aware has never shown his face, kind of kills your argument right there.Wanted by extremists, thats like saying the ice cream man wants 3 pence back for giving you an extra hundred and thousand. I love reading negative comments like yours, it makes me laugh because I know your sat behind your p.c nice and comfy and could never achieve what they did.

  • @AnglOsAxOn2 as far as you are aware?so that kills your argument.secondly you do not know, or will never know what i have achieved,in or out of service.

    Keep thinking.

    but best regards anyway.

  • @210357tommy you show your face to the both of them,in public-and bring your comments with ya-cunt

  • @sweed762 listen to me you no brain littledick.

how can i show my face to them,if people like you assume they dont show theyre faces.

  • Chris Ryan is my hero. He is the reason I completed my Tour of Duty. The thought of what he had been through kept me going.

  • @MrQuinnLUFC I agree even though I´m from Sweden!!!!

  • @MrQuinnLUFC I agree did my tour in Basra "2002-3 and got the boost while reading Bravo2-0! In what regiment did you serve?

  • @MrQuinnLUFC Really? Mahatma Gandi hept me going whan I did my service.

  • END OF CHAT FELLAS' A great SAS soldier. He did a great job!

  • What he is doing now?... he is in England?.. I saw the special serie "Elite Police", but I don't know if he is working in other tv serie, thanks.

  • what year was this ?

he got it right with the Iraq situation

  • Chris Ryans a ledge and all that, but he is nothing compared to Blair Mayne, the first commanding officer of the SAS. For those of you who havent heard of him check out: SAS Legend part 1

    Enjoy!!

  • @chriscafolla chris ryan is the reincarnation of blair main same soul different body , so you can see he is indeed as great as paddy main, in fact paddy and chris and david stirling are all multipul incarnations of the same soul, david stirlings soul has had 8 incarnations in the sas alone not to mention all his other lives, he is also the reincarnation of king leonidas, and willima wallace and genghis khan the ultimate soldier

  • @AwsomWarrior Do you mean he is the reincarnation of a living person?

  • what a guy , he is an absoulte brill soildier! i would b proud 2 call myself CHRIS RYAN ! the mission was a fuk up right from the start and the film "the one that got away" is alot of fiction! Andy Mcnab is a sell out! trator bastard , seems he is on the TV all the time now, must be in it 4 the money the cunt!! well done CHRIS RYAN , proud as fuck 2 have a man like him in our country's most elite fighting force!! WELL DONE !

  • @krisMcA82

both Ryan and McNab's account of B-2-0 are full of shit, according to fellow patrol member Mike Coburn, the Kiwi, and Michael Asher, who went to Iraq to track the story of B-2-0. I still however have huge amounts of respect for both of them, as just being in the SAS makes you as nails as it gets.

  • im reading the one that got away now so far i still prefer andys books but im only on chapter three so...

  • Ill say no more than this, read or watch

"The real Bravo Two Zero" by Michael Asher. And make your own mind up.

  • @StirlingTrafalgar

well mate. blame andy mcnab. christ ryan told the whole truth of his experience. he never said anything about some large fire fight. plus ashner was in iraq obviously followed by iraqi special police and he had farmers and iraqi military propaganda men tell him nothing mcnab said was true. who would u believe?

  • @CHANNELOMD there was mistakes but this was because of a desperate situation, they had no comms in iraq, which ultimately led to the mission being fucked up from the start. it was just a case of survival, the objectives no longer required. the boy done good

  • In the one that got away the implication was that Ryan made many mistakes and ultimately this mission was a failure, any thoughts,I mean real thoughts not knee jerk hell yeah pish

  • @CHANNELOMD

actually bravo two zero wasnt a failure. those 8 men werent the only men involved. the regiment wouldnt send just eight men to destroy 46 SCUDS. they had about 1400 or something in iraq behind enemy lines. bravo two zero was made up from four full squadrons and they completed the mission. just these 8 guys under the scenario they were in had to abort mission and get to saftey anyway they could.

  • Hey guys, I have to say: the SAS is Mr top man ! SavVy ? it does not get better/ so who ever this nute case is DO ONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great show about him Chris Ryan strike back

  • i think chris comes across very well, seems down to earth and answered the varried questions well-well done sir

  • @01sean No, I wasn't in the TA

  • you know, when i first saw an SAS member it wasnt what i expected, like John Mcaleese, i thought... nah he cant be SAS... he looked like a guy who'd sit in a pub all day drinking! but all respect to them, they deserve it.

  • @Brady2k10 ...they did sit in pubs drinking all day at times ..of that i can assure you.

  • well strike back is on tv now (= and its great

  • @Whatever81417

You're an idiot. That isn't at all what happened.

  • His cousin Ian Fender is my uncle!

  • @SirSamurbatsu

give out important details! i hope your proud to have relations with ryan that is something to be proud of but keep in mind chris ryan isnt his actual name as you'll know. so please dont say more. cause theres a reason he uses chris ryan as a name

  • this guy looks like such a cock sucker

    what a pussy haha

    i'd kcik his ass :)

  • @qwertyuiopdan1 yeh yeh..hed wipe the floor with you...you would cry like a fucking baby mate if you were getting fired at my dozens of iraqis...these guys are cool , calm and collected..hike for 100 or 200 ks..your a loud mouth soft as shit fucking pussy,.... some of the quiet shy people are the deadliest...put his uniform on live in a jungle with him..mentally your as soft as a kid...these guys training are savage....bye bye boy

  • At 3:11 He says ''i travel to some shitty places in the world like Colombia'' Hmm?. It will be intresting to know, what was the porpoused for him to be there in the first place?.

  • @TOXICTRACE training?

  • @MrJasonSmarts Oh please!.

  • you do know they train all over the world, and usually in the most shitty countries...

  • Hmmm maybe he was there for the coffee lol

  • you can be corporal to join sas ?? to join grom you have to an officer

  • @jerseyy Not really.

  • you have to pass selection.. you don't need to be an officer... sure you will become an officer if you pass...

Dont quote me on that tho...

  • in poland you have to be a platoon leader ( 5th rank from the bottom) ( i dont know how to say it in english, but i think its a platoon leader) to even be invited to the selection to grom. platoon leader its actually not an officer rank yet, so i was wrong. but you cant even go to the selection if youre a corporal. and this man WAS in sas and hes still a caporal. so i think you will not become an officer if you pass the selection.

  • he's an 'SAS corporal.' don't u think it would be slightly strange/confusing if everyone in that regiment was an ranked as officer? wats the point of s ranking system if everyone is going to be the same rank?

  • i just said like it is in poland. corporals cant join grom.

  • @jerseyy No, maybe not, but how is training in Poland today? Is it still based on the old ComBloc system where enlisted men were only allowed to follow their officers' orders? How does it measure up to what the average NATO soldier learns?

  • @bluecollarcanuck polish army is 100% professional today. not that long time ago every man after finishing high school had to go to army for a year. so the army was made up with idiots. today only an elite joins the army. its very hard to sign up. the army is pretty small (100 000) and they dont need many more new soldiers. there are many people who want to join however. thats why we have a hard selection even for privates. its really well trained army. small but very well trained.

  • @jerseyy Good to hear it. I guess they still use some of the old Russian gear; like APC's or AKS-74 (?).

Sounds like the Canadian Forces- small, but well-trained and highly versatile troops.

  • @bluecollarcanuck we use a lot of old stuff. aks 74 or ak47 are still main weapon. kto rosomak - this is the main apc used in polish army today. i dont know english for it. type rosomak in google and you'll see. everything is decent in polish army today. the only thing that really sucks is navy . we dont have any modern ships. just old stuff. but were building few new stealth corvets right now. first is going to be ready in 2015

  • @jerseyy OK. Thanks for the info. And, my condolences about President Kacynski and the other govt. members.

  • thank you very much. wish you all the best

  • Thats Marco Van Basten!

  • does anyone know when this interview was. not when it was put on youtube, but when they actually interviewed this guy

  • to all the people who knock him - Chris Ryan is No 1 soldier. If you cant cut it? dont comment on a great soldier. This man proved himself on his feet! Could you?

  • To find the "best" soldier is impossible but some are more capable than others and than we got this thing called "luck"!

There are many "capable" soldiers in the SAS units of the western world not just in England and the US!

  • @dieforsouljim 2TRUE MATE.

    UK/USABOY.

  • @dieforsouljim is that why he abandoned the rest of his patrol aye?

  • @dieforsouljim When you retired you often stop doing your daly military training! I ´ve experienced my self! I´ll bet he is at about 60% of his capability or something! And no I was not in the Norwegian SAS but our edge unit fomed as a the Arctic rangers! The Uranium bullet of Europe!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 6:07 is what has effectively happened, with shi'ite militias and politial parties i charge. democracy has fucked it up for the west. the sunni insurgencies will continue fighting as the usgay are there, and they see shi'ites as usgay lovers, even though they love iran too. shi'ite and sunnis didnt kill each other so much before western intervention

  • 1:19 he was checking his 6, haha

  • chris do some more tv work , hunting chris ryan

  • ALL HAIL CHRIS RYAN

  • grumpy, male arse.s are your department.

oh ask, ryan come back to ireland , some of his buddies are stinking up the bogs, i bet ryan doesnt have the balls.

  • Boring, is repeating and parroting everything I say all you can do now? Exhausted your repetoire of insults have we? Pathetic! I know that it is infair having a battle of wits with cretinous no hopers like you....you have no ammunition!

  • He's a boliocks, he a merc. saw him in usa, bullshit artist, ask him who saved his arse,

  • I bet you would like his arse wouldnt you!!

  • Boru, shut the fuck up, jesus christ man. I hate people like you, blah fucking blah, just go away.

  • People care too much about why he wrote books. If anyone did what he did, they deserved to cashing in a little from whatever they did...

  • exactly and precisely what i think,i mean he covered 100 miles on foot ,without any support, man these people who wrote these snarky couldn't even cover 4 miles in a fucking war zone

  • no food/water either. they dumped their bergens on evasion.

  • exactly, it's probablt the most dangerous profession in the world working in the Sa, WHEN THERE GUYS RETIRER, AFTER WHAT THEY'VE SEEN IN THEIR LIVES, THEY NEED SOMETHING LIKE WRITING BOOKS, OR TRAINING OTHERS TO MAINTAIN LIFE AND NOT GO MAD! Fair play to Chris, seems like a really nice guy too.

  • @Dilupist1

but guys from the regiment cant right book anymore can they ? so could they still right fiction books based on facts?

  • @OzTrackDays guys who put their lives on the line for their country ARE awesome. We SHOULD look up to them.

  • @00000Dean00000 Like the SAS Margarat Thatcher sent to train Pol piss Pots Khmer Rouge in Cambodia?.

  • Dont worry about this OzTrackDays loony tunes .

The fuckin twit thinks "port arthur was a setup"and Martin Bryant is an innocent angel LOL !!!

he watches to many "youtube TRUTH videos" and believes all the conspiracies .

Chemtrails , NWO , Reptiles , Freemasons , Illuminati , Government SAS killers all out to get him .

Chris Ryan / Andy Mcnab / Dinger / Stan ect all performed there duty with great courage and great Honour .

  • u dnt knw shit civillian

  • From a woman's point of view- Who really cares which one of you boys can pee the highest - Chris Ryan is georgeous, has one hell of a sexy voice and the most fantastic eyes I have ever seen.

  • Comment removed

  • This bloke labelled Bear Grylls as a bullshit artist and yet it has been proven that his "Bravo Two Zero" account was greatly exaggerated. What a tosser..... hahahahaha

  • Are you Iranian by birth?

  • he didn't write 'Bravo Two Zero'..

  • "Did you always want to be a writer?"

    Priceless.

  • this boy : abandoned his friend,

    some hero

  • Well at least he is not a yellow bastard like you! Shout the odds from 3000 miles and when I get the chance of mick slapping you, you run and hide! Typical mickroach filth, yellow to the core!!

  • He didn't abandon his friend, they got split up, just like Ryan, Stan & Vince got split up from the other 5, he went bak to look but couldn't find him. they were 100s of miles behind enemy lines, with barely any food or water, bein hunted by 1000s of Iraqi soldiers, no comms to HQ, with clothes for "spring day in the UK" when they were actually facing near arctic conditions, cos of the circumstances couldn't spend more than the couple of hours he did spend looking

  • read eye of the storm by peter ratcliffe and then you will see how much truth is in his books

  • he used to work with andy mcNab.. hes superior in Iraq.. as a squad called Bravo Two Zero.. kinda sad bob consiglio (one if his friends as well as squad mate) died....

  • McNab says Bob Consiglio should've been awarded the VC posthumously for what he did, covered the other guys retreat till his ammo ran out at which point he got shot.

  • @SOPARA862k i just finished reading 'the one that got away' and it said he did get that award?

  • @greyvoid - Consiglio got the Military Medal, but McNab and the others felt it should been the VC, McNab got the DCM & Ryan got the MM

  • @SOPARA862k i see, thanks.

  • @greyvoid - here's a link to the official honour list that shows all military awards & honours such such OBE/CBE/MBE, i'd forgotten Steve 'legs' lane had also been given the MM

    lo n d o n - g a z e t t e . c o . uk / i s s ue s / a l l = r o b e r t + c on s i g l i o / s t ar t = 1

  • i love his book series Alpha Force... i hope they make it into a tv series or something because i would love to see these charactes come to life!

  • I think what ex and current SAS operatives talk about is up to them to a certain extent. I dont think there is much they arn't allowed to talk about, although I would imagine there is some things.

  • Your right! I mean even in the Rangers of Scandinavia you have to sign a Secrecy act!

  • But I have spoken to an ex sas man. And he told me a great deal of his experiences! Not the "secret" parts though!

  • it was incredible what this guy done

  • i like the way the all call it "the regiement"

its abit like in prison break with "the company"

  • He marched and ran 300k in 10 days he had to drop his bergan so did it all on little food and water lossed all his toe nails.

  • But he claimed to have taken out, 10 Iraqis on the way? I dont know what to believe? What is his book called?
