@Terasvalli so you have to log into battlelog with the email and password you created your account (xbox live account) so mine problem is that i can't remember the password i had with my old e-mail. hope this helped...

If u use xbox or playstation, just use ur email and password that u use to sign into xbox live or psn. It works because ur EA account that u use to play battlefield is already synced with ur xbox live or psn account.
