  • My dad had a xd with a 3.3 litre 6 man why did ford put a engine like that in a xd it was a gutless piece of shit and to top it of used heaps of fuel.

  • @tunastrike11 to sell cheaper cars they were the poverty pack absolute junk they did not last as long most were converted to the 4.1 lt not to many around now.

  • what i like to call a VL Killer. Australian Made and Owned. haha.

  • OMG! I expected crazy. THIS IS INSANE!

  • Sheezus!!! I love my V8 XE's but who needs the extra 2 cylinders when you can pump that much power to the rear's - with a little 4.1L SIX!!!!

    Awesome car!

  • @XDEE351

it isn't a 4.1, it's a 4 litre SOHC out of an AU, still basically the same engine just 20 years further in developement

  • @tapper88 I smell and e-series fan boy lol. Nah fair call mate and your right even the barra 6 is still the same basic design was what was made many years ago. If it isn't broken don't fix it!!

  • on gas too!!! tough as

  • hay mate where can i get a the manifold to bolt on a t4 dude i have one lieing around can u give me directory where i could find one

  • now that is one quik six, would be fun to put on some stock rims and burn a few woodducks. Great freekin car man.

  • now thats what I call a sleeper.

  • That's it, I'm chuckin out my 302 and getting a snail six!

  • Thats impressive, did you encounter any problems with detonation? i dont suppose you did using propane, but id be interested to know more about the setup, excelent work!

  • the car has never used propane

  • But correct me if im worng, but it says in the description you were running on LPG fuel. LPG is normaly propane unless you were using a mixture. Anyway back to the origional question. I dont suppose detonation was a problem with LPG.

  • In Australia LPG is usually a 50:50 mix of propane & butane

  • sounds like someone has too much time on their hands to build an animal like this

  • quick car wont win any beauty contests but I am a ford fan so I like it.

  • it XE ESP cos i can see 2 colour of black on the bottom and red on top with gold stripes on side on body kit

  • its not a ghia esp, just made to look like one, would look even better if it had the orig gold "snowflake" alloy wheels

  • ur a tool!!!

  • fk it goes! go ford!!

  • hahah glad to be starting my xe project soon hmm thinking of a 302 small block:D

  • it goes but it sound like shit

  • this is what a sweet-sounding 6 sounds like. if you want to hear a V8, go and type "V8" into the search bar.

P.S. are you one of those bogans who has "Aussie Pride" on the back of their airbagged 4cyl Japanese Hilux?

  • Plenty of those around mate isnt there!!

  • This video is crazy! Is this car still around???

  • i hope so

  • car will be back very soon:)

  • my sweet baby jesus, that thing hauls arsehole!!! son!

  • waoow ! it hauls ass !!!

  • what a beast........

  • Ask toyota n nissan how they get big horsepower out of a six and why they did it for so long. The Ford BF XR6's have been upped to 1000BHP so far :p

  • im thinking of doing up my dads xf gl, its a beast at stock lol

  • how is he getting so much power out of a 6

  • big snail hanging off it

  • a great big fckoff turbo

  • ford mate nothing else needs to be said

  • by putting his foot on the pedal :)

  • that launches so hard

  • god damn it looks as though someone walked up behind it and kicked it up the ass!

  • fucken looseeeee m8

  • fuck me dead didnt think you could do that with an old 250

  • This isnt a 250 crossflow

Its an AU motor (4.0ltr injected)

Very strong to begin with (People have managed to run a AU motor 10-15psi for 100,000kms without problems, turbo or supercharged).

But the recommended for a stock AU motor is 9psi.

  • nuts

  • pure 4.0 grunt. yes its got a 4.0 in it.

  • ford power..........need i say more

  • Thats nothing, wait till you see whats comming.

  • that was such a beast
