How can a music be the "best" when no one knows about it. These things are boring, but those musics i am talking about are active, they interest you, they don't make you sleep or anything else. They are perfect in the entire duration, not just a few good parts and then boring again. I mean some musicians just play any note they see...

Also I should know which period Tchaikovsky and Berlioz are from: having written a number of papers on them and the period.

(though wikipedia does classify western music from the 11th century onwards as classical music)
