I really like BK and the process of inquiry but I think I prefer Eckhart Tolle's "method" of just directing my attention into my inner being and surrendering to whatever presents itself as a way of transmuting suffering into peace. Inquiry works miracles but ultimately the ability to just be at peace with things without having to think about it is far simpler and efficient a way of achieving the same end. Just my preference, because inquiry also has it's perks.
