i like having my routine as much the same every single day of the week as possible. I wake up to start training at 0330 Sun.-Mon. and so far this has not been a problem, it has actually made it easier to stay on track. Why? Because there is no "break" to take my mind/body off track. The last day of each month I have 1 reward meal if I really want something and this keeps me fighting through the month.
Adam, that's pretty much my secret as well. I always think about how hard I worked that morning and it just keeps me on track nutritionally. Thanks for another great video.
Adam, I really need to get back on track. I went on vacation for about a month...more like 2 months since I haven't set foot in the gym since I got back on January 8. I had a six pack before my vacation but now it's completely gone and I've gain close to 20 lbs..yeah I really let myself go. I'm starting back on my diet and my workouts Monday. Since I've gain 20 lbs in 2 months, it's probably going to take 2 months to lose it. Keeping a six pack is just as hard as getting one *sigh*
I know how you feel man, it goes as it quickly as it comes if u don't keep it up. I have learnt this the hard way, but if u do the work u will get it back.
Ive Started the Shredder today. Gonna aim for 3 months of hard shredding. Morning runs and post work boxing workouts. Groceries tonight !
