@Bodybreakdown12 yes very normal. i had the same qualms when i began my journey through chakra meditation and awakening. especially when i would reach the crown chakra, i would (and still do) feel the sensation of my head expanding to connect to the far reaches of consciousness.

do not worry, many mystical experiences that always defy explanation are likely to find you. do not fear, for the lack of explanation is part of the journey.

Watching this video it immediately reminded me of a time some 15 years ago whilst doing a very hard meditation training. On about day 7 or 8 I was overcome with unbelievably intense sensation and energy in the form of heat, I felt as if I was going to explode or take off or something.

It was as if I could see all this blue light or electricity running through my veins, I fucking shat myself, very powerful and very scary, was left shaking and in tears.

I've been able to trigger kundalini, but I need to have a certain type of music.. you've no idea how strongly this triggered my kundalini. WOW! visualization really is an aid.. you do not have to meditate to have kundalini.. maybe its rare but it is not impossible !

Human ego will make the viewer see their self as separate from everything/everyone else. I thought i was manic depressive. I had full blown ENERGY, rising up in my body from my feet.
